The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed Stuart Percy to a three-year entry level contract. Percy was the Maple Leafs second pick in the first round at the 2011 Entry Draft, 25th overall. The defenseman has three goals and 17 points in 18 games thus far for the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors of the OHL after a four goal 34 point season with a plus-50 rating in 64 games last year. The defenseman is still a few years away from joining the Leafs blueline. He has some offensive capabilities but lacks a big shot from the point so his fantasy value could be limited at best when he finally arrives.
