Stamkos (lower body) is expected to be sidelined versus Buffalo on Monday after missing the morning skate, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stamkos will miss his second consecutive game due to his lower-body issue. Prior to getting hurt, the world-class center notched 20 points in 19 games, including four goals and five assists with the man advantage. Without the veteran in the lineup, it will be Ondrej Palat and Brayden Point who get to suit up alongside Nikita Kucherov.

Stamkos (lower body) won't play Saturday against the Ducks.
EDGE Analysis
Tampa Bay has yet to release any details regarding the severity of Stamkos' lower-body issue, but he can be considered day-to-day for now. The 29-year-old pivot will hope to heal up in time for Monday's matchup with Buffalo.

Coach Jon Cooper said Stamkos didn't skate in the second and third periods of Thursday's game against the Blackhawks due to a lower-body injury, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stamkos had been dealing with the injury coming into the game, and per Cooper, aggravated the issue in the first period. Stamkos tried to give it a go again in the second period, and stayed on the bench after he couldn't carry on. The veteran will be monitored on a daily basis, leaving his status for Saturday's game against Anaheim up in the air.

Stamkos (undisclosed) will play in Tuesday's game against the Blues, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stamkos missed morning skate for maintenance, but coach Jon Cooper didn't believe it'd be an issue for his status at game time. The 29-year-old sniper took line rushes with the top line, so he's officially in the lineup. Stamkos is off to another torrid pace this year with 20 points -- nine on the power play -- through 17 contests.

Coach Jon Cooper thinks Stamkos will likely suit up Tuesday despite missing morning skate due to an undisclosed issue, Bryan Burns of the Lightning's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Whatever issue forced Stamkos to miss Tuesday's morning skate was serious enough that the Lightning recalled Cory Conacher from the AHL as a precaution. Still, Cooper sounded optimistic that Stamkos wouldn't need to miss any game action. Expect a definitive update on Stamkos' status prior to puck drop.

Stamkos scored a goal and added an assist in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
It was his 400th career goal. Stammer is the ninth active player to hit that major milestone and just the 98th in NHL history. The points also stretched his current scoring streak to five games and eight points (two goals, six helpers). Stamkos has been the pillar of consistency this season -- he's never gone two games without a point. And that makes him especially valuable in head-to-head formats.

Stamkos scored a goal and added two assists, all on the power play, in a 9-3 victory over the Rangers on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
His goal was his 399th and it was classic Stamkos -- he fired a one-timer from the left circle. Stammer is riding a four-game, six-point streak right now. Number 400 will be off his stick soon.

Stamkos delivered an assist in Saturday's 5-3 victory over the Sabres in the 2019 NHL Global Series.
EDGE Analysis
He has an assist in three-straight games, but no goals since Oct. 26. Stamkos is delivering at a steady pace -- 15 points in 15 games -- but his minus-6 rating illustrates the challenges the Bolts have had so far in 2019-20. That should correct itself as the team improves. Stamkos is a multi-category stud. And goal 400 is just two away.

Stamkos scored a power-play goal in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
He's inching closer and closer to goal 400 -- this was number 398. Stamkos continues to produce at more than a point-per-game pace. And that includes another 40-goal season at this rate. You know what to do.

Stamkos heads into action Wednesday against Pittsburgh just three goals from the 400 mark on his career.
EDGE Analysis
Only 97 players have hit that mark and he's poised to do it before his 30th birthday. Stamkos has four goals in his first eight games. And if he hadn't missed more than 100 games to injury over his career, we'd probably be talking about 500 goals, not 400.
