Ott potted a goal in Tuesday's win over the Jets.
The fourth-line winger usually offers most of his contributions in the form of hits and PIM, but he does have a few 30-point seasons on his resume. Unfortunately, none of those have come since 2011-12, as his minutes have declined steadily while he's transitioned into more of a grinder role. He only has three goals and 11 points over 64 games to date this season.

Ott contributed an assist and four hits in Friday's win over the Hurricanes.
Ott helped set up linemate Ryan Reaves for the game's first goal, giving him his second point in as many nights. The 32-year-old can't be counted on to provide consistent scoring totals, but he does carry relevance in deeper leagues for his strong hit and PIM numbers.

Ott scored his first goal of the season Saturday in a loss to San Jose on his only shot of the game. He added seven hits in 13:46 of ice time in the game.
Ott is a veteran role player and penalty killer at this stage in his career, so offensive contributions aren't what the Blues are expecting from him. Fantasy owners should look at him the same way.
