Darling will start between the pipes in Friday's road game against the Bruins, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Darling has played well this season, posting an 11-4-2 record while maintaining a .924 save percentage over 20 appearances. The American backstop will look to stay sharp in a decent road matchup with a Bruins team that is a disappointing 10-11-0 at home this season.

Darling gave up one goal on four shots after replacing a struggling Corey Crawford in Washington on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Darling played the final 11:49 of this lopsided 6-0 defeat. Crawford's stock didn't take much of a hit here due to poor play in front of him being the primary cause of his struggles, so expect the 2007 sixth-rounder to continue serving in a backup role moving forward.

Darling saved 39 of 40 shots during Friday's win against Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
It's been a solid campaign for the backup with a 11-4-2 record, .925 save percentage and 2.31 GAA, and Darling has allowed two goals or fewer in eight of his past 13 games. Corey Crawford will continue to see the lion's share of starts for Chicago, but when Darling's name is called, he's proven to be a viable streaming option or target in daily contests.

Darling will start between the pipes in Friday's home game against Carolina, NHL.com's Brian Hedger reports.
EDGE Analysis
Darling has played well this season, posting a 10-4-2 record with a solid 2.39 GAA and .921 save percentage over 18 appearances. The 28-year-old netminder will look to keep rolling in a decent home matchup with a Hurricanes team that's averaging 2.41 goals per game on the road this season, 17th in the NHL.

Darling gave up three goals on 28 shots during Friday's 3-2 loss to Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
Darling is back to being No. 2 with Corey Crawford back, picking up his first start since Dec. 20. However, it was far from a flawless performance as he allowed a mediocre offense to pot two goals in the first period. After a five-game winning streak, the 28-year-old has returned back to earth, giving up seven goals in total over the past two contests.

Darling will tend the twine on Friday in Carolina, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old filled in admirably when Corey Crawford went on the IR earlier this month, earning a .930 save percentage and 2.12 GAA in 10 games. He hasn't played in the three games since Crawford has come back, but it would be safe to assume he'll return to the form he had, especially against a Hurricanes team that is middle of the road in scoring, with 2.59 goals per game.

Darling gave up four goals for the third time in four starts Tuesday, making 26 saves in a loss to the Senators.
EDGE Analysis
A three-goal second period by Ottawa doomed him in this one, putting an end to Darling's five-game winning streak. Indeed, he's come away with wins each of the three other times this season that he's given up four goals; that's just what happens when you backstop the Blackhawks. Still, it seems like extended exposure to the league isn't all that good for Darling, as he tends to stumble when his workload rises. That said, both his season stats and his numbers since Corey Crawford (appendix) hit the shelf are pretty stellar. However, Crawford may be back to retake his net as soon as Friday's game against Colorado.

Darling will start between the pipes in Tuesday's home game against the Senators, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
EDGE Analysis
Darling was sharp in his last outing, turning aside 33 of 34 shots in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Sharks. The American backstop will look to pick up a sixth consecutive win in a favorable home matchup with a Senators team averaging 2.47 goals per game this season, 21st in the NHL.

Darling stopped 33 of 34 shots in a 4-1 victory over the Sharks on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
This was a nice bounce back performance after Darling allowed four goals in each of his last two starts. Darling still won both those games, though, and extended his winning streak to five with Sunday's win. He is 6-0-1 with a 1.71 GAA and .943 save percentage.

Darling will be tending the twine for Sunday's game against San Jose, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Since taking over for the injured Corey Crawford in early December, Darling has been solid. He's posted a .933 save percentage and a 2.01 goals against average, playing in all 16 of the team's games in December. The Sharks will pose an interesting test for the 27-year-old, as they rank in the top-10 in shots per game, but the bottom-10 in goals per game this year.
