EDGE Analysis
Fabbri is still in the NHL's COVID-19 protocol and appears to be in danger of missing the entirety of Detroit's four-game road trip. Michael Rasmussen will likely continue to center the Wings' second line until Fabbri is cleared to return.

Fabbri agreed to terms on a two-year, $5.9 million contract extension with Detroit on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
After two years dealing with knee injuries in St. Louis, Fabbri revitalized his career in Detroit, as he racked up 31 points in 52 outings for the Wings. The 23-year-old winger should continue filling a second-line role with Detroit heading into the 2020-21 campaign and could challenge for the 20-goal mark next year.

Fabbri netted 31 points in 52 games prior to the mid-March pause of play.
EDGE Analysis
While the offensive pace was the best of his career, Fabbri's minus-29 jumps off the page for all the wrong reasons. The 2014 first-round pick has received a ton of power-play time in his first year in Detroit (2:50 on average) and has turned that opportunity into six goals and three assists with the man advantage. Those in deeper leagues should be able to find a use for a guy that chips in 0.60 points per game but should also be aware of the aforementioned plus/minus issues before making use of the 24-year-old.

Fabbri secured the game-winning goal on the power play Friday for a 2-1 victory over the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
Fabbri blasted a one-timer for his 30th point in 50 games as a Red Wing. Even though his new team is the worst in the league, the former Blues winger can take solace in the fact that he's been healthy this year while averaging a tick under 16 minutes of ice time per game; a career high after parts of five seasons.

Fabbri (knee) has deemed himself good to go for Saturday's game against the Senators, Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fabbri missed Thursday's game against Minnesota with a knee injury, but he was never expected to be sidelined for long. The 24-year-old winger will return to a featured role Saturday, skating on Detroit's top line and first power-play unit against Ottawa.

Fabbri (knee) won't play Thursday against the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
Fabbri's injury isn't believed to be overly serious, so he should be ready to return sooner rather than later. The 24-year-old winger will be reevaluated ahead of Saturday's game against the Senators.

Barri (knee) is questionable to play against the Wild on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Fabbri exited Tuesday's game against the Devils after an apparent knee-on-knee hit from rookie Jack Hughes, and the 24-year-old Fabbri, who has an unfortunate history of knee injuries, didn't return to the contest. Luckily, head coach Jeff Blashill doesn't believe it's serious. If Fabbri is unable to suit up Thursday, though, expect Brendan Perlini to fill in on the top line.
