Hughes assisted on the game-winning goal during Saturday's win over Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
Hughes adds yet another power-play point, bringing him up to 14. That's the second highest total of all defensemen in the league. He's also tied for sixth among all defensemen in scoring with 24 points. He's having a stellar rookie campaign, and isn't showing signs of his offense drying up.

Hughes notched an assist and two shots on goal in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
Hughes was bumped up to the top pairing with Alexander Edler (upper body) out of action. Hughes responded with the helper in a team-leading 24:24 of ice time. The 20-year-old defenseman has nine assists in his last six games and 23 points in 27 contests overall in 2019-20.

EDGE Analysis
Hughes provided the secondary assist on Tanner Pearson's second tally of the game. His stellar rookie campaign continues with 22 points in 26 contests, including 13 power-play points. Hughes is right in the mix with his brother Jack and Cale Makar in the early-season Calder conversation.

Hughes finished Wednesday's 8-6 loss to Pittsburgh with three assists.
EDGE Analysis
Unlike his last three-assist outing, all three of Hughes' helpers in this game came with the two teams at even strength. While the loss is unfortunate, the level of play exhibited by Hughes continues to impress considering he's playing in just his first full NHL season. Last year saw Hughes appear in only five games. In 15 appearances this season, the young defenseman has bagged 21 points, 13 of which have come with the man advantage.

Hughes collected three assists, all on the power play, and had two shots on goal in Thursday's 6-3 defeat of Nashville.
EDGE Analysis
Hughes has five assists over his last three games, having picked up a pair of helpers Saturday against Colorado. The 20-year-old has been especially productive on the power-play this season, collecting 12 of his 17 points with the man advantage. Hughes is enjoying a fine rookie season and will only get better with experience.

Hughes provided a pair of assists in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
Hughes set up Alexander Edler and Brock Boeser in a span of 1:37 to help the Canucks erase a late two-goal deficit. The pair of helpers puts Hughes at 14 points in 20 contests. He has 31 shots on goal and nine power-play points so far in 2019-20.

Hughes assisted on the Canucks only goal in Sunday's loss to the Devils.
EDGE Analysis
Quinn lost both games against brother Jack Hughes this season, but he was able to get his name on the scoresheet in the process. Hughes is up to 12 points in 17 contests -- the most of any Canuck defenseman. He'll continue to be a reliable source of offense as long as he remains on the top power play unit.

Hughes (lower body) scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
Hughes was the only Canuck able to solve Jordan Binnington in the contest, doing so with 3:35 remaining in regulation. The even-strength tally is a rare sight for the defenseman -- eight of Hughes' 11 points have come with the man advantage. He skated 20:18 in the game, so he should be good to go after a one-game absence with the injury.

Hughes (lower body) will return to the lineup for Tuesday's game against St. Louis.
EDGE Analysis
The Canucks and fantasy owners will both be happy to have Hughes back in their lineups Tuesday, as he's had a fantastic start to the campaign, racking up one goal and 10 points through 13 games. The 19-year-old rookie will return to a top-four role and a spot on Vancouver's first power-play unit against the Blues.

Hughes (lower body) skated before the team's practice Monday, Jeff Paterson of TSN 1040 Vancouver reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hughes is officially considered day-to-day, and he'll try to work with the team Tuesday. However, his absence Monday puts his availability on the wrong track for Tuesday's matchup against the Blues. If he's unable to play, Oscar Fantenberg figures to slot into the lineup.
