Paul Kariya has announced his retirement from the NHL after 15 seasons. His last appearance in the NHL came with the St. Louis Blues in 2009-10. Kariya missed the entire 2010-11 campaign due to post-concussion symptoms. He amassed 402 goals and 989 points in 989 career games with the Blues, Nashville, Colorado and Anaheim.
