Oskars Bartulis has been placed on waivers by the Philadelphia Flyers. Bartulis will probably be bought out unless another squad claims him on waivers. He was scheduled to make $600,000 next season. He didn't end up getting any playing time with Philadelphia in 2011-12, but he did record 11 points in 36 AHL contests.

Philadelphia has placed Oskars Bartulis on re-entry waivers. In 36 contests with the AHL's Adirondack Phantoms this season, Bartulis posted 11 points and 20 penalty minutes. He'll probably be a spare part for the Flyers after he clears.
