Nolan Baumgartner's playing days are behind him and will serve as an assistant coach with the Chicago Wolves next season. His last appearance in the NHL came in 2009-10 when he suited up in 12 games with the Vancouver Canucks. He spent the past two years in the minors with Manitoba and Chicago, respectively prior to announcing his retirement. Baumgartner skated in a total of 143 NHL contests and recorded 47 points.
