The Senators traded Shore to the Flames in exchange for a 2019 seventh-round draft pick Monday, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore must be tired of moving, as he'd just arrived in Ottawa in a deal that involved Dion Phaneuf two weeks ago. However, it makes a lot of sense that the Senators -- who have been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs -- would start collecting draft picks. Shore, who has 50 points (14 goals, 36 assists) in 227 career contests, should carry his bottom-six role over to Cowtown.

Shore was traded with Marian Gaborik in exchange for Ottawa's Dion Phaneuf and Nate Thompson, Steve Carp of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore will be an unrestricted free agent after this season, and the Kings may hope to sign him as a cheap bottom-six forward for the future. The 25-year-old center has a mediocre stat line, with four goals and 15 points through 48 games. However, he doesn't hurt the team either, as he starts 61.2 percent of his shifts in the defensive zone but still manages a Corsi of 52.0 percent.

Shore delivered two assists in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Shore has three points (one goal, two assists) in his last two games. He's on a career pace, but that still doesn't make him fantasy worthy. Shore has just 15 points in 48 games this season .

Shore (lower body) is in line to rejoin the lineup for Thursday's matchup against the Predators, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore's lower-body ailment cost him the team's previous two contests, but it appears he's ready to retake the ice for Thursday's contest in Nashville. Shore's output rate on the offensive end of the ice has improved in his fourth NHL season, but he still owns just 12 points (three goals, nine assists) through 45 games this season. He's expected to once again fill a bottom-six role for the club.

Shore (lower body) won't play Tuesday against the Stars, Jon Rosen of Fox Sports West reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore skated Tuesday, so he's definitely making progress in his recovery, but he'll likely need to log several full practices before returning to game action. The Kings should release another update on the 25-year-old pivot's status once he's given the green light to return to the lineup.

Shore will not play Wednesday against the Flames due to a lower-body injury, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore's absence Wednesday allows Andy Andreoff to draw into the lineup against the Flames, but the lines have yet to surface for the affair. With the All-Star Game on tap, he will have some time to rest up for a potential return next Tuesday against the Stars.

Shore notched two assists in a 4-1 victory over Philadelphia on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
The apples brought Shore to 10 points (two goals, eight assists) in 31 games this season, while averaging 15:03 of ice time and mainly skating on the bottom six. After being a scratch for large stretches towards the end of 2016-17 the 25-year-old has skated in every game but two this season, a positive sign that he's securing a role in Los Angeles. Shore is nearly halfway to hitting his career high point total of 17, but unless he receives a promotion into the top six, it would be surprising to see him climb much higher that.

Shore scored the overtime-winning goal Tuesday against the Ducks.
EDGE Analysis
It was the second goal of the season for the third-line center, who is up to four points through 12 contests. Shore's lethal sniping ability was on full display on the play, as he beat netminder Ryan Miller in the extra frame with a perfectly placed shot. The 25-year-old won't post significant offensive totals and has never surpassed 17 points in his career, so aside from the occasional goal, the depth forward won't offer much in terms of fantasy value.

Shore (undisclosed) appears slated to rejoin the lineup Thursday against the Maple Leafs, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore missed each of the last three games due to the undisclosed issue, but centered the team's third line alongside Michael Cammalleri and Trevor Lewis during morning skate. That will likely be the alignment for the Kings when they take to the ice Thursday evening versus the Leafs.

Shore (undisclosed) will not rejoin the Kings against the Blues on Monday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Shore was able to take part in Monday's game-day skate, but is apparently not ready to return to action. Prior to getting hurt, the center was bogged down in a seven-game pointless streak, during which he has registered a mere 11 shots on goal, eight hits and two blocks. Even once given the green light, fantasy owners may want to wait until the Colorado native shakes off his dry spell before utilizing him in their lineups.
