The Phoenix Coyotes have sent defenseman Nathan Oystrick to the minors. Oystrick agreed to a two-way contract in July so he will be paid at the minor league rate. He has no fantasy value.

Nathan Oystrick has agreed to a one-year, two-way contract with Phoenix. Oystrick had 45 points and 125 penalty minutes in 61 AHL games last season. He's capable of filling in as an injury replacement, but he'll turn 29 in December and he's only played in 65 career NHL games.
