Sergachev picked up two assists in Sunday's 5-0 win over Columbus. He snapped a five-game point drought.
EDGE Analysis
Sergachev is the NHL's top-scoring rookie defender and 11th overall with 25 points (eight goals, 17 assists). That ties him with none other than Brent Burns, Erik Karlsson and Kris Letang. One word. Wow. It's hard to remember that Sergachev is just 19 years old. One more word. Stud.

Sergachev had a goal, an assist, three shots, two hits, and a block in 15:37 of ice time in Saturday's win over the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
The 19-year-old defenseman has been on fire over his last few games, posting four points, 12 shots, and six blocks over his last four outings. Sergachev often sees over 2 minutes of power play time in games, adding upside to the floor he provides by contributing in multiple stat categories. He looks like he will be a valuable fantasy asset for the remainder of this year and for the foreseeable future.

Sergachev scored his fifth goal of the season and added an assist in Thursday's win over the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
For a 19-year-old rookie defenseman, Sergachev is exceeding all expectations right now. The youngster has put up 14 points through 19 contests and is also sporting a tidy plus-9 rating. Sergachev isn't seeing heavy minutes, but he has a place on the team's second power-play unit and possesses strong offensive instincts. The young stud is thriving on the top team in the NHL and should be owned in the majority of fantasy settings.

Sergachev's assist Monday night gave him 11 points (four goals, seven assists) and thrusts him into a tie for second in rookie scoring in the NHL.
EDGE Analysis
Remarkably, Sergachev has put up at least a point in eight of his last 10 games. The next major milestone for this young man comes after game 39 when the Bolts will need to weigh losing a year of eligibility on his next contract by keeping him past that point. But at this point, Sergachev is tied for third overall in scoring from the blue line in the NHL -- he's going nowhere if he keeps that up.

Coach Jon Cooper said Tuesday that Sergachev will stay with the Lightning for the foreseeable future, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Sergachev is poised to suit up for his 10th game for the Lightning on Tuesday in Carolina, triggering the first year of his entry-level contract with the team. The 19-year-old Russian has been outstanding for the Bolts thus far, racking up three goals and five assists, and making the decision to keep him with the big club a seemingly easy one despite the potential fiscal ramifications.

Sergachev scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist Saturday in a 7-1 win over Pittsburgh. He has picked up two points in each of his last three games.
EDGE Analysis
The 19-year-old just played his ninth NHL game and the big decision looms -- burn the first year of his entry-level deal or send him back to junior. Sergachev's recent dominance means he's likely to stay, but remember the 40-game threshold. The Bolts can return him to junior any time before he plays 40 games -- it would keep his years of service in check and keep the clock from ticking toward unrestricted free agency.

Sergachev scored his first two NHL goals in Thursday's 2-0 win over Columbus.
EDGE Analysis
The first was a big boom from the left point that beat Sergei Bobrovsky clean, just inside the near post; his second was from the high slot on a nice feed from Nikita Kucherov. Sergachev has been playing his best hockey in his last couple games and now has six points in eight games. The Bolts need to decide if he stays or goes back to junior, but he looks like belongs right now.

Sergachev picked up an assist on the power play in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
So far, the Bolts are protecting the young stud with limited ice and positive zone starts. Sergachev only played 10:27 after skating a mere 5:22 Thursday against the Pens. There is still a chance the team sends him back to the OHL after his ninth game rather than burning a year of his entry-level deal. However, Sergachev looks ready to be a regular NHL defender. He has two assists in five games.

Sergachev has made the Lightning's opening night roster, reports the Tampa Tribune.
EDGE Analysis
Great news for the talented defender who is clearly way ahead of the development curve than most blueliners his age. However, fantasy owners, especially those in single-year leagues, need to make a mental note about this guy. There's a clause in the trade with the Habs that says the Bolts will not get the conditional second-round pick in 2018 if Sergachev plays 40 games. Watch his ice time carefully and trade him if it drops. Sergachev could be headed back to Windsor of the OHL before Christmas and you'd be wise to leverage his name into a trade return before your opponent realizes he or she has been duped.

Sergachev continues to gain confidence and had perhaps his best game Thursday against Florida.
EDGE Analysis
He was paired with Anton Stralman and is a big, puck-moving defender who'll be an excellent complement to Victor Hedman in a couple years. "He's got the whole package," said coach Jon Cooper. "He's strong, he's big, he's got skill, he can skate." Sergachev does not have a roster spot officially locked up, but it's looking almost certain at this point.
