Weaver missed Tuesday's game with the injury, but was able to skate without any apparent issues during pregame warmups, clearing him to make his return. Though he'll be available Thursday, Weaver may not be guaranteed a regular role moving forward. The team acquired veteran Bryan Allen from the Ducks on Thursday, who could eventually displace Weaver on the team's third pairing.
