Granlund has been quietly effective in a second-line role lately, earning three goals and four assists over his last seven contests. This was his first power-play point since March 2, but he has been a regular with the man advantage during his time in Dallas. The 33-year-old Finn is up to 61 points (17 on the power play), 158 shots on net, 52 hits, 56 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating over 74 games between the Stars and the Sharks this season.

Granlund snapped a four-game scoring drought with his tally, and the 33-year-old veteran continues to try and find his footing in Dallas. Even though he hasn't been the most consistent player on a game-to-game basis, he has notched eight points (four goals, four assists) in 13 contests in March. That's not a low figure, but the Stars need more out of the veteran. He has racked up 14 points in 21 games since being acquired from the Sharks in late February.

Granlund hasn't been much of a scorer for the Stars since joining the team in early February, but perhaps this is the kind of game he needed to turn things around. He came through when the team needed him the most, as Granlund scored the game-winninng goal in overtime. He's logged 16 appearances for Dallas since being traded from the Sharks, tallying 11 points (three goals, eight assists), 23 shots, 11 hits, 15 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over that span.

Despite being acquired from the Sharks in a Feb. 1 trade, Granlund failed to find the back of the net in his first 12 games as a Star. The 33-year-old broke through with the go-ahead goal -- and eventual game-winner -- in the final minute of the second period. He's up to 16 goals, 54 points, 144 shots on net, 48 blocked shots, 44 hits and a minus-4 rating through 65 appearances this season. Granlund is a playmaker, so don't be surprised if his offensive output remains tilted more toward assists the rest of the way.

The 33-year-old forward is poised to see a slightly smaller role now that fellow Finn Mikko Rantanen is on the team -- look for Granlund to be firmly in the middle six and on the second power-play unit. Over 64 outings between the Stars and Sharks, Granlund has 53 points, 142 shots on net, 47 blocked shots, 43 hits and a minus-6 rating.

For the season, Granlund has been steady on offense with 15 goals, 37 assists, 16 power-play points, 138 shots on net and a minus-6 rating over 61 appearances. He continues to see top-six minutes with Dallas, so he can be relied on in fantasy.

Granlund has yet to find the back of the twine for the Stars, but he's been impressive as a playmaker with six helpers across seven games. Granlund's last goal came Jan. 27 in a 2-1 loss to the Penguins while still playing for the Sharks.
