Martin announced Tuesday his retirement from playing in the NHL.

Martin has just one helper with 62 hits and a minus-2 rating over 22 appearances, so he's unlikely to be an option to most fantasy managers.

Martin has gone 15 games without a point after failing to get on the scoresheet in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Kings.
