Stone (lower body) is "not even close" to skating, according to Senators coach Guy Boucher, TSN's Brent Wallace reports.
EDGE Analysis
With that being the case, we're a bit surprised that Stone currently isn't showing on injured reserve. Only 13 games remain on the regular-season schedule for Ottawa, including Saturday's home tilt against the Habs. If you're in need of a forward for a playoff run and are getting burned by Stone's absence, consider dropping him for a player off the waiver wire. After all, one would think he'd need to get in multiple practices before returning and time is simply running out.

Stone (lower body) is week-to-week, and won't play in Ottawa's three games this week, Bruce Garrioch of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Both fantasy owners and the Senators will miss Stone's presence, and his 50 points in 63 games will be had for both to replace. If he only misses three games, he'll have a chance to return on Sunday, but if he isn't ready to go Saturday, it seems unlikely he'll be ready just a day later.

Stone (lower body) will sit out for Saturday's matchup with Colorado, Dean Brown of TSN1200 reports.
EDGE Analysis
After leaving Thursday's game against Arizona, Stone did not return and will miss Saturday's matchup. Fantasy owners will miss the 24-year-old winger's performance, as he has two goals and seven assists over the past nine games. Stone also is on Ottawa's top line, as well as top power-play line. It is unclear when Stone will be able to return, but stay tuned as he could be a valuable asset in virtually any league, especially daily leagues.

Stone (neck) will return to the Senators' lineup for Sunday night's game against the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Stone makes his return to the lineup after missing just two games. He had been on a roll prior to going down with the injury, netting two goals and adding four helpers in the two games before being sidelined. He'll round out Ottawa's second line with Ryan Dzingel and Derick Brassard on Sunday.

Stone (neck) will be a game-time decision for Sunday evening's contest against the Panthers, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone has missed each of the team's last two contests due to a neck injury and the club could be without one its stars for a third straight Sunday. Expect the official designation to arise a little prior to puck drop for a contest that could have ramifications on the playoff race in the Eastern Conference.

Stone (neck) is doubtful to play Friday, but might suit up against the Panthers on Sunday, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Citizen reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone has garnered 12 points in his last 10 outings, including a five-point explosion versus the Maple Leafs, which makes his absence from the lineup a significant blow to both fans and fantasy owners. While the winger is out, Tom Pyatt will likely see the biggest uptick in ice time on the Sens' top line.

Stone's injury concerns his neck and he'll be unavailable for Tuesday's road game against the Devils, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ottawa is suddenly a mess up front with Stone, Mike Hoffman (lower body), and Tommy Wingels (undisclosed) all getting knocked out of Sunday's game against the Jets, one day after learning that top-six forward Bobby Ryan broke his finger. Stone's absence, for one, leaves a gaping hole on the top man-advantage unit. He's recorded 47 points (22 goals, 25 assists) in 56 games this season, with six scores and eight helpers taking place on the man advantage. The Senators have the option of patching up their forward lines with recent call-ups Max McCormick and Casey Bailey, though it's worth noting that Hoffman and Wingels reportedly accompanied the team to New Jersey ahead of Tuesday's game. It'll be risky to play Senators in fantasy leagues until more light is shed on who will sub in for the injured.

Stone (head) traveled with the team Monday it embarks on a four-game road trip, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's an encouraging sign for the star forward a day after he took a shot to the head from Jets defenseman Jacob Trouba. There's no guarantee Stone will play Tuesday, but a concussion diagnosis would presumably prevent him from traveling with the squad. Expect another update on his status come Tuesday, providing a bit more clarity on his status moving forward.

Stone left Sunday's game against the Jets after taking a hard hit to the head from Jacob Trouba, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone was down on the ice for a long time before finally heading to the dressing room. Trouba lowered his shoulder into Stone's head and received just a two minute minor, but there's a good chance he'll be hearing from the league and could face a suspension for the hit. Stone has already suffered a concussion this season, so another head injury could mean very bad news.

Stone had a five-point night Saturday in a 6-3 win over the Maple Leafs. He also finished plus-4.
EDGE Analysis
Whoa, what a game. Stone now has 21 goals and 45 points in 55 games. But owners should note that his current shooting percentage of 20 percent is well above his career mark of 16.3, so a correction is likely.
