Eriksson finished up the 2015-16 season with 30 goals and 63 points to go along with a plus-13 rating in 82 games.
EDGE Analysis
Eriksson, who turns 31 in July, will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and he's well set up for a big payday following a strong campaign in which he did not miss a single game. While a return to Boston hasn't been ruled out, such an outcome seems unlikely, given Eriksson's age and the likelihood that the Bruins will engage in some level of rebuilding this offseason after not qualifying for the postseason for the second year in a row.

Eriksson came up with a goal and an assist Thursday night in a clutch 5-2 win over the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Eriksson will be an unrestricted free agent this summer, and many thought he'd be shopped ahead of the Feb. 29 trade deadline. But the B's have to be thrilled that he stayed put. In 17 games since deadline day, Eriksson has dialed in six goals and seven assists, including four points on the man advantage. He's especially hot lately, having picked up at least one goal or helper in six of the past seven contests. Hopefully you've used him well in fantasy circles.

Eriksson tallied his 29th goal of the season in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout loss to Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
The 30-year-old had a very productive game for his fantasy owners, firing three shots on goal and picking up four PIM in 23:38 of ice time. Eriksson has been rolling lately, recording points in three straight games and five points over the last five games. With Boston still fighting to land in the postseason, expect Eriksson to continue to step up his game as the regular season winds down.

Eriksson assisted on a third-period Patrice Bergeron goal during Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
That's now three points in the last two games and six points in the last six. The veteran winger has continued to roll this season, putting up a total of 60 points -- his highest total since racking up 71 in the 2011-12 season. Nothing he does is flashy, but fantasy owners can't complain from the production he has put up.

With Ryan Spooner injured, Eriksson is in line to play center Tuesday against New Jersey, the Boston Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Based on Monday's practice, look for Eriksson to center the B's third-line trio with Frank Vatrano and Jimmy Hayes, a line with some potential chemistry, combining Eriksson's smarts, Hayes' size and Vatrano's sharp-shooting ability.

Eriksson tallied a short-handed goal on four shots and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks.
EDGE Analysis
Eriksson has now recorded points in three straight, with three goals and two assists in that span. The goal was his 27th of the season, which ties his highest total since the 2010-11 season. If he continues at this pace, he's got an outside shot at topping the 36 he netted in the 2008-09 campaign.

Eriksson factored in all three Bruins' goals in a 3-1 win over the Islanders on Saturday afternoon. He scored a power-play goal and added two even-strength assists.
EDGE Analysis
Eriksson is on pace for his first 60-plus point season since 2011-12 with Dallas. He has now potted a goal in each of his last two games after delivering just one point -- a goal -- in his previous eight contests. Most importantly, Eriksson has a power-play point (both goals) in each of his last two and that's a welcome relief to his owners. Despite plenty of ice time with the man advantage, Eriksson had just a single power-play point in 37 game previous games. Now that's a drought.

Eriksson worked on the Bruins' third line at practice Wednesday, along with Ryan Spooner and Jimmy Hayes, CSN New England reports.
EDGE Analysis
It remains to be seen if the combo stays intact, though whether Eriksson skates on Spooner's line, or on a trio centered by David Krejci, he's still going see a good chunk of ice time in all situations for the Bruins. The 30-year-old winger, who had been subject to plenty of trade speculation prior to Monday's NHL deadline on deals, checks in with 23 goals and 48 points in 64 games to date, with both marks ranking him third among Bruins.

The Bruins elected to not deal Eriksson in advance of Monday's NHL trade deadline.
EDGE Analysis
The was plenty of speculation that the team was prepared to deal Eriksson, who is set to become a free agent this summer, but instead the Bruins will hold on to the forward for their upcoming playoff push. With that in mind, the B's added a pair of useful vets, defenseman John-Michael Liles and forward Lee Stempniak, to the mix on Monday. Meanwhile, Eriksson -- who has 23 goals and 48 points in 63 games to date -- continued to practice with the Bruins on Monday, skating with linemates David Krejci and David Pastrnak. As for his potential long-term future with the team, GM Don Sweeney noted Monday that the Bruins have "been in contract negotiations" with Eriksson and will "continue to talk with Loui and his group."

The Bruins are keeping their options with Eriksson open in advance of Monday's NHL trade deadline, CSN New England reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per the report, the B's have already made Eriksson a contract offer within the last couple of days, with negotiations on that front expected to continue Friday. One potential sticking point may end up being the length of the deal Boston is comfortable with offering, given that Eriksson will turn 31 this July. If the Bruins and the veteran winger can't come to terms on a new deal in short order, trading Eriksson -- who is on pace for 30-plus goals and 70 points this season -- would have to be a serious consideration for the team, with optimal asset management in mind.
