Stanley was reassigned to the taxi squad Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley was just elevated to the 23-man roster ahead of Thursday's tilt against Calgary, a game in which he was stuck watching from the press box. With Dylan DeMelo (personal) likely available versus Toronto on Monday, Stanley's stint on the taxi squad could be a little longer this time, though he figures to be a frequent mover between designations.

Stanley was elevated from the taxi squad Thursday, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley will provide emergency depth after Dylan DeMelo (personal) was ruled out against Calgary on Thursday. Still, Stanley isn't expected to jump into the lineup in DeMelo's stead, as that honor will fall to Sami Niku. At this point, it's hard to see a clear path to minutes for Stanley this season, which makes him a low-end fantasy option.

Stanley (undisclosed) was named to Winnipeg's taxi squad ahead of Thursday's home opener against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley has immense potential as the Jets' 18th overall pick from the 2016 draft, but he struggled as a second-year pro with AHL Manitoba last season, adding just three goals, seven assists and a minus-17 rating through 44 contests. Of course, Stanley is a tank at 6-foot-7 and 228 pounds, so he could prove to be a key defensive component once he gains more experience.

Stanley (undisclosed) will not be in the lineup against Calgary on Monday, Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley was included in the team's training camp roster but failed to join the club when it traveled to Edmonton. At this point, Stanley will be looking ahead to the 2020-21 campaign and will be hoping to make his NHL debut.

Stanley was added to the Jets' training camp roster but wasn't on the ice for Monday's practice, Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Even if Stanley was available, there was little chance he was going to suit up against the Flames in the best-of-five play-in series. With just 10 points in 44 contests this past season, the 22-year-old blueliner may have to spend another year developing his game in the minors prior to getting a shot at the 23-man roster.

Stanley was reassigned to AHL Manitoba on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley was a candidate to serve as a replacement for Dustin Byfuglien (personal), but will instead begin the year in the minors. A strong camp from Villie Heinola evidently made Stanley expendable. The 21-year-old notched 22 points in 73 games with AHL Manitoba last year and will be a candidate to earn a call-up in 2019-20.

Stanley (undisclosed) was reassigned to AHL Manitoba on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley was limited in the preseason, but the 2016 first-round (18th overall) pick should be able to get back to 100 percent and continue developing in the minor leagues. The Jets are known for their imposing forwards, so it's no surprise to see that they're grooming a 6-foot-7, 227-pounder in Stanley, who has quite the fitting name for a hockey player.

Stanley remains on the Jets' roster but is currently injury, Jason Bell of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley will almost certainly be sent down to the minors or reassigned to his junior club once he is cleared medically. The 20-year-old is coming off a breakout season with OHL Kitchener in which he racked up 42 points in 61 outings.

Stanley made the 32-man roster for Canada's selection camp for the upcoming 2018 World Junior Championship.
EDGE Analysis
With NHL players prohibited from attending -- and the KHL considering a similar ban -- an impressive outing by Stanley could earn him a shot at Team Canada's roster for the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. The defenseman has already set career highs in goals (seven) and assists (15) through the first 28 games of the OHL season. Selected with the 18th overall pick in the 2016 NHL Draft, the 19-year-old could get a look during training camp next season for a spot on Winnipeg's roster -- although AHL Manitoba might be more likely.

Stanley agreed to terms with the Jets on a three-year entry-level contract Tuesday. The deal has an average annual value of $1.1375 million.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley is an imposing defender at 6-foot-7 and 231 pounds. The Jets nabbed him in this year's draft with the 18th overall pick. With the Windsor Spitfires this season, he's collected two goals, seven assists and 38 PIM in 20 games. We could be looking at the next Zdeno Chara with Stanley, but he still has to round out his junior career and make the next leap to the minors before we'd be able to further assess his fantasy prospects outside of dynasty leagues.
