Stanley was promoted to the active roster Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley's promotion comes as Nathan Beaulieu (upper body) was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move. In order to get into the lineup, Stanley will have to edge out Sami Niku for Beaulieu's spot. Regardless of who plays, neither player figures to offer much in the way of fantasy value as a third-pairing blueliner.

The Jets demoted Stanley to the taxi squad Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley has played all but one game with the big club this season, so his demotion is likely a cap-saving measure by the Jets. The 22-year-old has gone pointless, while racking up 21 shots and a plus-7 rating through 13 games this year. It's likely that he'll be activated back to the active roster for Monday's game against Edmonton.

Stanley was returned to the taxi squad Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley played in the Jets' last six contests in which he registered 12 shots, six blocks and four hits while averaging just 11:49 of ice time. It's possible Stanley's demotion was simply a paper move to save cap space, though it could be an indication Sami Niku or Ville Heinola will play against Vancouver on Saturday in Stanley's stead.

Stanely was promoted from the taxi squad to the active roster Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanley was a healthy scratch for Thursday's game against Calgary before being sent back down to the taxi squad. The 22-year-old defenseman figures to bounce between the active roster and taxi squad quite a bit this season.
