Ramo will be between the pipes against Columbus on Friday, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The FAN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo will look to repeat his performance from his last meeting with the Blue Jackets in which he stopped 27 of 29 shots on net and came away with the victory. The netminder will look to get back to back wins for the first time since early January. Inconsistent of late, the 29-year-old posted 2-3-0 record in his previous five contests with a .924 save percentage.

Ramo stopped 28 of 29 shots faced, including all 11 power-play opportunities, in Wednesday's 4-1 win over Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
Special teams were the difference in this contest, as Ramo stood tall despite facing numerous chances while Carolina counterpart Cam Ward was beaten twice by the Calgary power play. Ramo had lost his last three starts heading into the All-Star break, but this much-needed win brought the veteran back to .500 on the season.

Ramo will start Wednesday against Carolina, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The FAN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo has taken a loss in five of his past six outings. The 29-year-old Finnish goaltender has compiled a 16-17-1 record on the season with a .910 save percentage and 2.62 GAA. He will face a Hurricanes team Wednesday that he lost to earlier in the season, as he gave up three goals on 19 shots before being pulled after just 23:50 of ice time Jan 24. Carolina is currently in sixth place in the Metropolitan Division and have won seven of their past 10 contests.

Ramo gave up two goals on 24 shots in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo has surrendered 16 goals while losing five of his last six starts, as all of the momentum from his mid-December four game winning streak has long since disappeared. His subpar 2.62 GAA is mostly the product of Calgary's early-season defensive struggles, but it's still tough to trust the Finnish goaltender due to the team's continued inconsistency on that end.

Ramo will receive the starting nod in the crease Wednesday against the Predators, Derek Wills of Sportsnet 960 The FAN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo set aside 28 of the 30 shots he faced in Monday's contest, but it wasn't enough to earn his 17th victory of the campaign. He'll get his third shot at that Wednesday, and will look to stop a Nashville club that's turned the corner recently, winning four of its last five games.

Ramo denied 28 of 30 shots in Monday's loss to the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo put forth a solid effort, especially against the high-powered Dallas offense, but he was done in by a pair of goals scored just 80 seconds apart early in the middle frame. He's now 16-16-1 and has yet to prove to be consistent enough to be relied upon on a nightly basis.

Ramo will be in goal against the Stars on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo gets the starting nod after being yanked from Sunday's contest in which he allowed three goals after just 24 minutes of action. The 29-year-old is having an inconsistent season, resulting in a 16-15-1 record and a .909 save percentage. If he is not on top of his game, the netminder could be in trouble against the high-powered Dallas offense that is averaging over three scores per game.

Ramo allowed three goals on 19 shots before being replaced in the second period of Sunday's loss to the Hurricanes.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo was given a quick hook in this one after surrendering a trio of goals in the opening 24 minutes, though one of the tallies came on a penalty shot. Jonas Hiller didn't fare much better in relief though, so Ramo figures to continue to stay atop the depth chart despite losing three of his last four.

Ramo will be between the pipes in Sunday's road matchup with the Hurricanes, Kristen Odland of the Calgary Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ramo was sharp in his last start, stopping 27 of 29 shots en route to a 4-2 win over the Blue Jackets on Thursday. He'll look to secure his 17th win of the season Saturday in a highly favorable road matchup with a Carolina club averaging just 2.33 goals per game at home this season, 27th in the NHL.

Fri 1/22/16 12:02 AM

Ramo picked up a victory Thursday with 27 saves on 29 shots on the road against the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
After Ramo gave up five goals on 18 shots Jan. 11 against the Sharks, he spent the next 10 days (three games) on the bench watching Jonas Hiller mostly look good between the pipes. It's unclear just how the Flames will break up the starts between the two netminders moving forward, but it seems likely that coach Bob Hartley will try to ride whoever's got the hot hand.
