Anderson (shoulder) won't play Tuesday against Florida, Alison Lukan of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson returned to practice for the first time since suffering his shoulder injury Thursday, so he should be ready to rejoin the lineup sooner rather than later, but he'll have to wait for Friday's matchup with Detroit for his next opportunity to do so. The 25-year-old has had a highly disappointing injury-riddled campaign thus far in 2019-20, having notched just four points through 26 contests.

Anderson (shoulder) remains out of the lineup Sunday in Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson has been progressing in his recovery from a shoulder injury that's sidelined him since Dec. 14, but his ability to get back to practice hasn't translated to game readiness yet. Tuesday against Florida will present Anderson's next opportunity to get back in there and start trying to add to his meager season totals of one goal and four points, but he'll need to be removed from injured reserve before he can take the ice.

Anderson (shoulder) won't play Saturday against the Sabres, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson practiced for the first time since mid-December on Thursday, so he's clearly making progress in his recovery, but he'll be forced to miss at least one more contest due to his shoulder injury. The 25-year-old winger is on injured reserve, so news of his activation will precede his return to the lineup.

Anderson (shoulder) practiced with the team for the first time since suffering his shoulder injury Thursday, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson is in the sixth week of the 4-6 week recovery timetable he was assigned Dec. 17, and it appears as though his rehab is right on schedule. If he's able to log another full practice Friday, he could be an option for Saturday's matinee matchup with the Sabres.

Anderson (shoulder) skated before Monday's practice, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson was handed a 4-6 week timeline Dec. 17, and Tuesday marks the four-week mark. Still, the 25-year-old isn't taking contact yet, so it's unlikely he'll be ready for Tuesday's clash versus the Bruins. Anderson's on the right track, however, and will aim to get back in the lineup by the All-Star break.

Anderson (shoulder) is expected to be sidelined for 4-to-6 weeks.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson has had a highly frustrating season, managing just four points in 26 games after racking up 27 goals and 47 points a year ago, and this latest injury will just add fuel to the fire. The 25-year-old winger will be placed on injured reserve until he's cleared to return, which likely won't happen until late January.

Anderson (upper body) is ruled out for Monday's game against the Capitals, Blue Jackets team reporter Jeff Svoboda reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson answered the bell after Mark Borowiecki dished out a hard hit to teammate Sonny Milano (upper body) in Saturday's road loss to the Senators, dropping the gloves against Borowiecki. The 25-year-old Anderson got the worst of it, though, as he didn't return to the game and will now miss Monday's divisional clash. Milano will sit out as well, so the Blue Jackets recalled Kevin Stenlund and Marko Dano to fill in.

Anderson will not return to Saturday's contest against the Senators, Brian Hedger of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson dropped his gloves with Matt Borowiecki after Borowiecki's questionable hit on Sonny Milano up against the boards that forced Milano to leave the contest. Unfortunately, it looks as though Anderson caught the worst of the fight and will sit out he the rest of Saturday's tilt. His status should be revisited ahead of Monday's game versus the Capitals.

Anderson recorded an assist, five shots on goal and three hits in Friday's 5-2 win over the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson had gone empty in 13 straight games entering Friday, but he got on the scoresheet with an assist on Gustav Nyquist's empty-net goal. He's at just three points this season, and the other two came in the same game, a 7-4 loss to the Flyers on Oct. 26. Anderson has added 45 hits and 45 shots on goal in 19 contests, but there's no doubt it's been a disappointing follow-up to his 47-point breakout last year.

Anderson has gone six games without scoring a point.
EDGE Analysis
He had a two-point effort Oct. 26 against the Flyers, but otherwise Anderson has come up empty offensively in nine games since rejoining the lineup from an upper-body injury. The 25-year-old winger is currently skating on the third line with Boone Jenner and Sonny Milano, and Anderson also got dropped from the power play in the last two contests, making him a risky fantasy option until he regains a more prominent role.
