Quick led the Kings onto the ice for warmups, so he appears to be in line for the home start Saturday against the Blackhawks, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick has played well in his limited action this season, posting a 2.15 GAA and a .922 save percentage. The Blackhawks have nothing to play for, and they've been resting players, so this may not be as difficult a matchup as it seems on paper for Quick.

Quick allowed four goals on 27 shots but came away the winner in a 6-4 victory over Edmonton on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Quick had previously faced the Oilers in Alberta twice since March 20, dropping both contests, and although this wasn't his prettiest outing, he was able to come out on top. He's now 7-5-1 with a 2.15 GAA and .922 save percentage in what's essentially been a write-off of a season thanks to a months-long injury absence, and the American netminder will soon be able to set his sights on bouncing back in 2017-18 since the Kings have been eliminated from postseason contention.

As expected, Quick will work between the posts as Tuesday's home starter versus the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
Some of Quick's best outings have come against Edmonton's hockey club -- he's 19-3-5 with a 1.75 GAA and .935 save percentage against them lifetime, though two of those regulation losses took place in Edmonton last month. Shocker alert: second-year tantalizer Connor McDavid has been a nightmare for Quick, fashioning two goals and an assist against him over that pair of games.

Quick left the ice first at morning skate, indicating that he will likely start Tuesday night's showdown with Oilers, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite just one win and four regulation losses over his last five starts, Quick's play has actually been solid recently, as he's posted a .938 save percentage to go with a 1.64 GAA over that span. He'll look to stymie an Edmonton squad helmed by the sensational Connor McDavid, who still leads the league with 94 points this season.

Quick allowed two goals on just 15 shots in a 2-1 loss to Arizona on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
It's not often a team records so few shots in a contest, let alone come away the victor like the Coyotes did thanks to a 34-save gem by Mike Smith. It's a disappointing outing for Quick, who fell to 6-5-1 in what's been a near write-off of a season due to a 59-game injury absence. He's managed a 2.00 GAA and .927 save percentage, though, which leaves nothing to suggest he won't be able to bounce back with a clean slate next season.

Quick will likely be between the pipes in Sunday's matchup with Arizona, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
After missing the first few months of the year, Quick has come on strong at the end of the season with a .930 save percentage and 2.00 GAA in 13 games. The Coyotes are one of the worst offensive squads in the league, averaging 2.33 goals per game, so Quick will have a great shot at another great game.

Quick recorded his second shutout of the season Friday, downing the Canucks in enemy territory with a 35-save performance.
EDGE Analysis
The Kings are bound to be on the golf course come playoff time, but it's still nice to see Quick finishing strong after most of his 2016-17 campaign was wiped out due to a serious groin injury. Leading up to this road match in Vancouver, he went 5-4-1 with a 2.16 GAA, .921 save percentage and another shutout.

Quick will start on the road Friday against the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
It's too late for Quick to save the Kings' playoff chances, truth be told, but he's done his best. In his last nine games he's posted a 1.96 GAA and a .924 save percentage. The Canucks, meanwhile, have scored a mere 2.22 goals per game, second fewest in the NHL.

Quick's 27 saves weren't enough in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Edmonton.
EDGE Analysis
Quick was outplayed by counterpart Cam Talbot, who turned aside 34 shots. He's winless in his past four starts despite surrendering only two goals in each, and is just 5-4-1 overall even with a stellar 2.19 GAA and .922 save percentage. Now 11 points out of a playoff spot with seven games to play, it wouldn't be surprising if the Kings turned to Ben Bishop more down the stretch rather than risk another potential injury to their star netminder.

Quick is confirmed as the starting goaltender for Tuesday's game against the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
Quick will be hoping for a little more offensive support than his last trip to Edmonton last Monday when the Kings were blanked 2-0. He stopped 31 shots in that game. In fact, the offense has provided him with no support in either of his past two outings, and a total of five goals of support over his past five starts. He has allowed just eight goals during the span but has one win to show for his efforts.
