Curry was recalled from AHL Iowa on Tuesday, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
With Iowa's season coming to a close over the past weekend, Curry will join the Wild to serve as the team's emergency fourth goaltender during the postseason. Barring a rash of injuries to those ahead of him on the depth chart, Curry won't see the ice for the Wild.

Curry was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Thursday, Chad Graff of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
The move comes as no surprise, as the Wild traded the Coyotes a third-round draft pick for Devan Dubnyk on Wednesday in an effort to shore up their goaltender rotation. Curry has gone 6-6-0 with a 2.70 GAA and a .920 save percentage through 14 games with AHL Iowa this season.

Curry replaced a struggling Niklas Backstrom in the third period of Monday's loss to Pittsburgh. He gave up a goal on two shots.
Despite Backstrom's recent struggles (30 goals in his last eight starts), head coach Mike Yeo said Backstrom will start again Thursday. Still, if Backstrom has another poor outing, Curry could get a chance to start at some point with Darcy Kuemper out with a lower-body injury and Josh Harding out indefinitely with a multiple sclerosis setback.

The Wild recalled Curry from AHL Iowa Thursday.
Curry will take over the backup goaltender duties behind Niklas Backstrom with Darcy Kuemper (undisclosed) landing on injured reserve Thursday. Curry started one game for the Wild earlier this season and gave up four goals in an overtime loss to the Jets.

Curry was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Wednesday, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Recalled from Iowa over the past weekend while Darcy Kuemper and Niklas Backstrom dealt with the stomach flu, Curry ended up getting his first start of the season Saturday against the Jets, taking an overtime loss. Kuemper was healthy enough to return to action in the rematch with Winnipeg on Monday, and now it looks like Backstrom has fully recovered from his illness as well. He'll head back to Iowa and will be on call in the event either goalie incurs some other setback in the future.

Curry laid an egg in a surprise start against the Jets on Saturday, allowing four goals on 23 shots in a 4-3 overtime loss.
After making it through two periods with a 1-1 tie, Curry got caught up in a run-and-gun game with the Jets, surrendering two goals on seven shots in the third before a bad-luck bounce in overtime (off the glass, to the top of the net, then off the back of Curry's head and in) handed the Wild their fifth loss in a row. This was Curry's first appearance in the NHL this season, and while it's unlikely he'll see any more time unless Niklas Backstrom and Darcy Kuemper remain ill or get injured, the Wild's goaltending situation is so messy that it seems like anything could happen at this point.

Curry will start in goal Saturday against the Jets, Elliote Friedman of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Darcy Kuemper was expected to get the nod Saturday but it will instead by Curry, who stopped 38 shots in a win for AHL Iowa on Friday. A reason for Kuemper's scratch has not been provided by the team, but Friedman suggested he may be ill.

Curry was recalled from AHL Iowa on Saturday.
An emergency recall earlier in the week, Curry was sent back down Wednesday with the Wild seemingly confident that Nikolas Backstrom (illness) would be able to return Saturday against Winnipeg. As it turns out, Backstrom still hasn't kicked the bug, necessitating Curry's recall. Curry will serve as the backup to Darcy Kuemper against the Jets.

Curry was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Wednesday.
Curry was an emergency call-up prior to Tuesday's game after Niklas Backstrom came down with an illness and was unavailable. It sounds like the Wild expect Backstrom to be back at full health coming out of the Christmas break, so Curry will head back to the minors, where he's been sharing goaltending duties with Johan Gustafsson this season.

Curry was recalled from AHL Iowa on an emergency basis Tuesday, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
The Wild brought up Curry just a half hour prior to Tuesday's game against the Flyers after Niklas Backstrom fell ill and was unable to make the start. He'll act as the backup to Darcy Kuemper on Tuesday, but the expectation is that he'll return to Iowa immediately after the game, unless Backstrom's illness proves to be more severe than thought.
