Ward picked the perfect time to catch fire, scoring four goals on four shots in Games 5 and 6 to help the Sharks capture a 4-2 series victory. The veteran is unlikely to sustain a pace anywhere near this in the Stanley Cup Finals considering he had just two goals in the playoffs prior to this stretch, but stranger things have happened.

Ward missed just one game and should return to form without much rust to shake off. The winger has been writing him name on the scoresheet of late, as he has tallied six points in his previous 10 contests, including a goal and assist on the man advantage. Averaging over 17 minutes per contest, the veteran is ninth on the team in ice time. With that amount of game action, Ward certainly has plenty of opportunities to help your fantasy roster.

It's not exactly clear what is ailing Ward, but head coach Peter DeBoer said he is not 100 percent, so he will sit out Tuesday while Nick Spaling draws in for the Sharks. Ward's next chance to play will come in Thursday's rematch with the Canucks.
