The New Jersey Devils have re-signed Jay Leach to a one-year, two-way contract. He will reportedly make the league minimum of $525,000. Leach would've become an unrestricted free agent on July 1. He skated in seven games with the Devils in 2010-11 and he has no fantasy value.
