Harrison picked up a goal on the power-play in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks. It was just the second goal of the season for Harrison and first since October. The 32-year-old now has two points in eight contests since being traded to Winnipeg and won't help out fantasy teams in most formats.

The Hurricanes traded Harrison to the Jets on Thursday in exchange for a 2015 sixth-round draft choice. Each of the Jets' top four blueliners are on injured reserve at the moment with long-term ailments, which provided plenty of motivation for the organization to go out and acquire a defenseman. The 32-year-old Harrison won't bring much to the table in terms of fantasy upside, but his familiarity with coach Paul Maurice and his 337 games worth of NHL experience should prove helpful while the Jets wait for their blue line corps to heal up. Expect Harrison to claim a spot on the Jets' third pairing in the interim.

Harrison (lower body) will be back in the lineup Thursday against the Kings. Now healthy after a three-game absence, Harrison will replace John-Michael Liles in the Hurricanes' lineup. Harrison has three points and a minus-2 rating over 13 games this season.

Hurricanes coach Bill Peters said Harrison (lower body) might be available to play Thursday against Los Angeles. While Peters was non-committal, it sounds like Harrison has a decent chance to return Thursday following a three-game absence. The 32-year-old Harrison has chipped in one goal and two assists in 13 games so far this season.

Harrison (lower body) will not play in Tuesday's game against the Stars, Michael Smith of the Hurricanes' website reports. Harrison was present at Tuesday's morning skate, but he is not feeling good enough to take the ice Tuesday night. Consider him day-to-day and questionable for Carolina's next game Thursday.

Harrison (lower body) was on the ice for warmups Sunday, Chip Alexander of the Raleigh News & Observer reports. Harrison was initially listed out from an earlier report but his presence in warmups indicate he may be able to go. He wasn't part of a defensive pairing, however, indicating he still likely won't play Sunday.

Harrison will not play in Carolina's game on Sunday against the Sharks, Michael Smith of the Hurricanes' website reports. This will be the second game in a row that Harrison has missed after he missed Saturday's game against the Bruins. The 32-year-old defenseman has never been much of an offensive threat which has continued this season, scoring just one goal and two assists in 13 games played.

Harrison (lower body) will not play Saturday against the Bruins. Harrison missed Friday's practice with the injury and didn't progress enough by Saturday morning for the Hurricanes to feel comfortable with signing off on his return. Look for Brett Bellemore to take his spot in the lineup, with Harrison questionable to play Sunday versus the Sharks.

Harrison did not take part in Friday's practice due to an upper body injury, Michael Smith of the Hurricanes' website reports. It's not clear what type of injury Harrison is dealing with, but the Hurricanes figure to provide an update on his status after he is reevaluated Saturday. Consider Harrison questionable for Carolina's next game Saturday against the Bruins.

Harrison provided a goal and assist in Friday's loss to the Oilers. After being held out of the lineup as a healthy scratch in the Hurricanes' previous game, Harrison rebounded with his most productive showing of the season. In addition to the pair of points, he also contributed three blocked shots, two hits and two penalty minutes over his 20:08 of action. His third-period goal tied the game with 12 minutes remaining, but the winless Hurricanes were unable to prevail.
