Kunitz was held pointless Monday and has picked up only three points (all assists) in his last nine games.
After starting the year with its power play on fire, Pittsburgh has scored just four goals in 23 attempts over the past nine games -- which has coincided with Kunitz's struggles. The team shuffled Kunitz to its second line with Evgeni Malkin on Monday, but to no avail. Because the Pens beat Boston, the feisty forward -- who's contributed with 22 hits during his slump -- will likely skate with Malkin again on Wednesday.

how can he be in a scoring slump playing next to Crosby and now malkin. Sounds like hornquist took his role as the teams finisher.
