Gabriel Landeskog scored the game-winning goal in overtime on Monday against Anaheim.
His status was cloudy going into the contest because of an illness, but the talented rookie logged 16:47 of ice time and finished with three shots on goal. Landeskog has 19 goals, which ties him for the lead among first-year players, and 44 points in 71 games. Jamie McGinn, who has been hot since joining the Avalanche at the trade deadline, and Kevin Porter also scored in the win.
The best way to get updates on a game-time decision player is to go to google, go to the news tab, and search the player's name. Other than that? Guesswork. Depending on the injury, I generally assume that the player won't sit. It takes something pretty solid to make a player sit out a game.

Daily Faceoff reported that, and it was just probably.

yeah they said he "probably" means good chance he wont play... they they didnt update until after the game had started.
i started following landeskog on twitter to get an update, but no update there either...
we need better updates for hockey, especially around this time of the year while a lot of leagues are in fantasy playoffs
