There has not been much movement in talks with restricted free agent Dmitry Kulikov, according to assistant GM Mike Santos. However, he remains confident that something will get done. There are several free agents in a state of limbo now, whether they are RFAs or UFA, while the new collective bargaining agreement is being talked about.
