Jones (lower body) did not participate in practice Sunday, and is considered day-to-day, Randy Sportak of the Calgary Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jones left Friday's game after playing just 2:07 due to the lower-body issue, and his absence from practice Monday certainly puts his status in doubt for Tuesday's game against the Sharks. However, he's still got some time before Tuesday's game, so his progress over the next couple days should provide a clearer picture of his availability heading into the tilt.

Jones suffered a lower-body injury in Friday's game against the Bruins and will not return.
EDGE Analysis
Jones left Friday's game in the first period after appearing to break his skate blade, but it turns out he is dealing with more than just a simple mechanical problem. His status for Calgary's next game Tuesday is uncertain.

Jones scored his seventh goal of the season and notched his first assist in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Devils.
EDGE Analysis
It only took 20 games for Jones to pick up his first helper of the season. He got the assist after forcing Cory Schneider into a turnover behind his net that led to an easy score for Matt Stajan. Jones has also scored in his past two games and has a shot to tally another against the Blackhawks on Friday.

Jones netted two goals in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Jones now has five goals on the season, but still has yet to record his first assist. His minus-9 rating on the season makes him a less attractive option than other forwards on better teams.

Jones scored a pair of goals -- one on the power play -- in Saturday's loss to Edmonton.
EDGE Analysis
That's three goals in three games for Jones, who is finding a way to produce in a bottom-six role. The 31-year-old has a great shot and is capable of hitting the 20-goal mark if he can stay healthy -- something that that is always a concern with him.

Jones dished out three helpers in Saturday's series-clinching Game 6 win over Vancouver. A great performance from Jones, who also scored a goal in Game 5. Jones finished the first round with two goals, five points and a plus-5 rating in six games. The 30-year-old isn't a huge offensive producer, but he's a solid bottom-six scorer who can chip in every now and then. If Jones' line with Matt Stajan and Michael Ferland can keep producing, the Flames could have a shot at getting past Anaheim in Round 2.

Jones lit the lamp for the 14th time this season in a 3-2 win against Arizona on Tuesday. Jones doesn't light the world on fire offensively, but he has consistently chipped in a point every few games. He has 30 points in 66 games, his best total since tallying 37 with Colorado in 2011-12.

Jones recorded a goal and assist in Monday's 3-2 win over the Avalanche. Jones earned the game's first star after kicking off the scoring with his 13th goal of the season 6:18 into the first period. It was the fifth multi-point effort of the campaign for Jones, who has totaled 28 points and a plus-3 rating over 59 games while working in a depth role, though he does see the occasional power play time.

Jones tallied his 12th goal of the season and added an assist in Saturday's loss to Colorado. Skating on the second line, Jones has managed just three points in his last 11 games. While he's got 26 points in 55 games on the season, he's been way too inconsistent this season to be trusted in anything but the deepest of leagues.

Jones (lower body) is expected to dress Sunday against the Senators, Randy Sportak of the Calgary Sun reports. Jones missed Friday's contest due to the lower-body injury, but it appears the winger will join the fourth line Sunday against the Senators alongside Matt Stajan and Brandon Boling, pushing Michael Ferland out of the lineup. The winger has accumulated 23 points (11 goals, 12 assists) over 51 games this season, and will look to add to his total Sunday.
