EDGE Analysis
Carr, who suffered his knee injury Jan. 25, skated on the fourth line with Mike McCarron and Phillip Danault during Friday's practice. He showed a bit of a scoring touch, potting five goals in 19 games, after getting the call from St. John's earlier this season.

Carr (knee) was a full participant at Monday's practice, but was wearing a non-contact jersey, the Montreal Gazette reports. The rookie forward, who has missed 27 games, is looking to get into one of the remaining six games.
EDGE Analysis
Carr was a bright spot when he received his call up in December, just as the Canadiens kicked off their season-long slump. The undrafted free agent had five goals and three assists while averaging 11:50 of ice time in 19 games. He'll be one of several young forwards looking to make the team when training camp kicks off for the 2016-17 season.

Carr will miss the next three months with a right knee injury, Dave Stubbs of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carr played in just two of the last five games due to a lower-body injury, which is believed to be related to the current knee issue. Fellow right winger Devante Smith-Pelly stands to benefit during the prolonged absence of Carr, and given the regular season ends April 9, there's a real possibility that Carr won't play another game this season.

Carr (lower body) will miss Tuesday's tilt against the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
Carr skated just 3:32 worth of ice time Monday before being forced out with a lower-body injury, and he'll be held out at least one game with the quick turnaround. Jacob de la Rose will fill in for Tuesday's contest, but Carr could slot back into the club's next game, as he'll get some extra time to rest with the All Star break approaching.

Carr had an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday night's 3-2 shootout win over Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Carr was recalled from the AHL on Thursday and skated 10:26 on the third line. He's willing to put himself in the dirty areas, something that helped when he was a distraction for Toronto goalie James Reimer on Tomas Fleischmann's first-period goal. Look for Carr to stick with the parent club for a bit as he's produced some offense (eight points, 18 games) for a team desperately in need of scoring.

Carr has played pretty well in limited action with the Habs this season, tallying seven points (five goals, two assists) in 17 games with the big club.
