Columbus Blue Jackets assistant coach Dan Hinote doesn't plan on signing a contract extension for the 2014-15 campaign. Hinote plans to move from Columbus to Chicago due to a "private family matter." He's spent the last four seasons with the Blue Jackets' coaching staff after ending his playing career in 2010.
