Anderson allowed seven goals on 43 shots during Monday's loss to Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson entered the game with a 12-5-1 record, a .930 save percentage, a 2.20 GAA and three shutouts, so he deserves a pass for a poor outing against the defending champs. Even though he allowed five goals in his last start, unless the bad nights continue piling up, there is no reason to avoid locking Anderson into your lineup.

Anderson will be in goal for Monday's game against Pittsburgh, Gord Wilson of TSN 1200 reports.
EDGE Analysis
After spending a few days away from the team, Anderson will start in his first day back. His .930 save percentage and 2.20 goals against average have made him one of the league's top goalies of the year despite the personal troubles he's been going through. The Penguins put up the most shots per game, scoring the third most goals per game, so Anderson will face one of the toughest teams in the NHL.

Anderson (personal) will rejoin the Senators in Pittsburgh on Monday, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 35-year-old veteran has looked excellent in net this season in spite of the difficult personal situation he faces with his wife battling cancer. It remains to be seen whether he or Mike Condon will draw the start against the Penguins, but we wouldn't be surprised to see Anderson get the nod.

Anderson has left the team Wednesday, as expected, to be with his wife as she undergoes treatment for cancer.
EDGE Analysis
There is understandably no timeline for Anderson's return as he joins his wife Nicholle in New York where she is undergoing treatment. For now, Mike Condon will fill in between the pipes with Andrew Hammond called up to serve in the backup role. The team should provide an update once he returns to Ottawa.

Anderson saved 23 of 28 shots during Tuesday's 5-4 loss to the Sabres.
EDGE Analysis
What a difference one player can make. On a night where the Sabres welcomed back superstar Jack Eichel, Anderson's four-game win streak came to a screeching halt. The netminder had only allowed five goals over that span (one shutout), but the veteran was no match for a rejuvenated offense. While it was an off performance, Anderson has been excellent this season and should rebound at home against the Flyers on Thursday.

Anderson, as expected, gets the starting nod Thursday against Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson will be between the pipes Thursday before joining his wife Nicole as she continues receiving treatment for cancer. The netminder will look to extend his four-game winning streak, but faces a Sabres' squad that is expecting the return of Jack Eichel to their lineup. In order to prepare for Anderson's departure, the team called up Andrew Hammond from the minors.

Anderson is expected to get the starting nod Tuesday night against the visiting Sabres, TSN's Brent Wallace reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun, Anderson will soon leave the team to be with his wife, Nicholle, who is battling cancer; the team has recalled Andrew Hammond from AHL Binghamton accordingly. For now, though, he draws a favorable matchup against Buffalo's struggling offense. Anderson has been spectacular this season, fashioning 12 wins to complement a 2.03 GAA and .936 save mark in 17 games, good for top-10 ranks in all those categories.

Anderson shut out the Rangers by stopping all 33 shots that came his way en route to a 2-0 win Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson continues to roll with the league's highest scoring team his latest victim. The 35-year-old has won four straight, sporting a 1.25 GAA and .961 save percentage over that span. The netminder sits at a shiny 12-4-1 record despite Ottawa's offense registering just 2.19 goals per game. The veteran is looking in top form and remains a must start.

Anderson will tend the twine in Sunday's matchup with New York, Bruce Garrioch of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 35-year-old will look to continue his hot season, with a .932 save percentage and 2.15 goals against average. The Rangers have the most goals per game in the league with 3.86, well above second place, so Anderson will need to beat the best.

Anderson made 32 saves in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Hurricanes.
EDGE Analysis
He earned the game's first star for his work. The only goal Anderson allowed was by Sebastian Aho. He blocked the shot, but the rebound went in off his teammate. The win was Anderson's third straight and second consecutive where he allowed just one goal.
