Corey Crawford turned aside 16 of 18 shots in a 5-2 win over Washington Sunday. Crawford wasn't tested all that much in this game, but he did enough to earn the victory. He seems to be the number one netminder du jour in Chicago so you can treat him as such.

Corey Crawford will be in goal for Chicago when they take on the Washington Capitals Sunday. Crawford is coming off a 21 save 4-1 victory in his last start on Friday and will try to build on it Sunday as he tries to wrest the starting job back from Ray Emery. Crawford is 24-16-5 this season with a 2.85 GAA and a .902 save percentage. Adjust your lineup accordingly as he is scheduled to face Tomas Vokoun.

Corey Crawford served notice Friday night that he would like to seize Chicago's starting goalie job. The Hawks haven't really declared who between Ray Emery and Crawford will play in the majority of their games down the stretch or start in the playoffs should they qualify for the post-season. With his near-shutout against the Stars Friday, Crawford is hoping to get a leg up on Emery who is recovering from an illness.

Corey Crawford made 21 saves in the Blackhawks 4-1 win over the Dallas Stars. Crawford was fantastic last season, but this year has been the complete opposite. Crawford has had his moments, but they are quickly followed up several poor performances in a row. While having Blackhawk skaters is a must, let someone else have their goaltending, because in all likely hood they are struggling mightily if they have either Crawford or Ray Emery.

Corey Crawford will be in goal for Chicago when they take on the Dallas Stars Friday. Crawford was perfect on Tuesday in relief of Ray Emery who is now out with the flu. Crawford's record is fine as he is 23-16-5 but his 2.89 GAA and .901 save percentage leave a lot to be desired. Adjust your goaltenders accordingly if you have Crawford and Emery.

It's not really clear who the Chicago Blackhawks' starting goaltender is going forward. Ray Emery seemed to secure the job, but he was yanked early in Tuesday's contest. Corey Crawford was great in relief of Emery and Chicago went onto win 4-3. It should be very interesting to see who starts Friday.

Corey Crawford was perfect in relief of Ray Emery, stopping all 18 shots as the Chicago Blackhawks earned a 4-3 shootout win against the St. Louis Blues. Emery allowed three goals on just six shots, giving the Blackhawks very little choice but to pull him. Beating the NHL's top team might just be the thing to give Crawford the push he needs to re-gain the No. 1 job - or at least get another start.

Corey Crawford has been pulled in each of the last two games and has given up seven goals on only 20 shots. Crawford is unsure as to what is wrong with his game at this point. "I've never been through this since, I don't know, since I started playing goalie," Crawford said. "I've gone on streaks where they're a little bit tougher, but to be up and down this drastically - I'm trying to find answers. Maybe I'm thinking too much. But I don't know. It's just not acceptable. I have to be better for us. We're fighting for a playoff spot and I have to find a way to make big saves and it doesn't matter the situation." Crawford will be on the bench Friday when the Blackhawks are in Ottawa to take on the Senators as Ray Emery will get the start. Crawford is a respectable 22-16-5 but his 2.94 GAA and .900 hurt fantasy owners.

Corey Crawford will start in Wednesday's game. Crawford has a 3.05 GAA and .897 save percentage in nine starts since the All-Star break. He'll try to snap out of his current two-game losing streak against the struggling Toronto Maple Leafs.

Corey Crawford didn't make it out of the second period as he allowed four goals on 10 shots in the Chicago Blackhawks' 4-0 setback to the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday night. After winning four straight in which he allowed only five goals total, Crawford has given up seven in his last two, both losses. Ray Emery was a perfect 20-for-20 in relief and will likely get the nod in net versus the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday. Currently, Chicago is sixth in the Western Converence with 73 points. It scores the fourth-most goals in the league, but has given up the third most. The goalie situation is something that should be addressed by general manager Stan Bowman by Monday's 3 p.m. deadline, but the market doesn't appear to be all that abundant right now.
