Wilson (lower body) may return to the lineup Thursday against the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson has missed the last four Predators games, but sounds ready to return. The 26-year-old's lone goal of the season came back in October and has tallied just eight helpers, well below expectations following last season's 42 point outburst.

Wilson (lower body) missed the morning skate ahead of Saturday night's home game against the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
This all but rules out Wilson for Saturday's contest. He's missed the past two games with the lower-body injury and Mike Fisher (lower body) is also ailing, leaving the Predators to count more heavily on forwards Viktor Arvidsson and Calle Jarnkrok, to name a few. Wilson's next chance to lace up for a game would be Tuesday against Calgary.

Wilson (lower body) did not participate in the Thursday morning skate, Adam Vingan of The Tennessean reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson's lower-body injury prevented him from squaring off against the Blackhawks on Tuesday night, and his inability to draw into the morning skate two days later doesn't bode well for his chances of suiting up for another game against Chicago on Thursday evening. Based on how the Preds forwards lined up for the morning skate, it appears that Craig Smith would assume Wilson's spot in the top-six forward group.

Wilson (lower body) will miss Tuesday night's tilt with the Blackhawks due to injury, Adam Vingan of the Tennessean reports.
EDGE Analysis
Craig Smith will move up to take Wilson's spot alongside Mike Ribeiro and Viktor Arvidsson on Nashville's second forward line. Wilson's can be considered day-to-day. His next chance to suit up will come on Thursday when the Predators host Chicago.

In an update to a previous item, Wilson (lower body) is on the ice for warmups Thursday, indicating he will return to the lineup.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson missed the previous game Tuesday because of the injury, but he'll be back in there Thursday, playing on the third line alongside Cody Hodgson and Colton Sissons. As a result, Anthony Bitetto will serve as a healthy scratch.

Wilson (lower body) is not on the ice for warmups again Thursday, indicating he will miss Thursday's game against the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson skipped Tuesday's game because of the lower-body injury, but it isn't clear how long he'll be sidelined because of the issue. His absence will extend at least through Thursday's game, resulting in Cody Bass once again drawing into the lineup. The winger's next chance to return will come Saturday versus the Red Wings.

Wilson (lower-body) will miss Tuesday night's tilt with the Coyotes due to a lower-body injury.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson has notched eight points through 23 games this season for Nashville. The seriousness of the injury is unclear at this point, but the 26-year-old's next chance to return to the ice will be on Thursday when the Predators host the Panthers.

Wilson has just a single assist in his past eight games.
EDGE Analysis
Expectations were high for Wilson after he recorded a career-high 42 points last year. However, he's taken a step backwards so far this season with just six points in 15 games. He continues to skate on the Preds' second line with Craig Smith and Mike Ribeiro, however he has seen his ice time decline in recent weeks, from an average of 17 minutes in his first six games to just 14 minutes his last time out (Thursday against Toronto). Wilson still has plenty of upside, but his fantasy value remains limited due to his lack of consistency.

Wilson handed out two assists and scored a power-play goal to go with a plus-3 rating in Thursday's victory over the Ducks.
EDGE Analysis
The goal, netted in a garbage-time man-advantage situation, was his first of the year; in fact, Wilson picked up more points Thursday than he had in the first six games put together. Curiously, Wilson's finest game of the season came in just 13:12 of ice time -- easily his lowest mark of the year.

Wilson recorded his first point of the season in Saturday's 2-0 win over the Oilers, notching a second-period assist.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson posted his first-ever 20-goal season last year, en route to a 42-point campaign. As long as he keeps seeing top-six minutes, averaging over 16 minutes in two games thus far, he should be in a good position to put up similar numbers this season. For now, he continues to skate primarily on the Preds' second line alongside Craig Smith and Mike Fisher.
