Miller (undisclosed) didn't practice Wednesday and is considered day-to-day ahead of Thursday's game against the Islanders, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The specific nature of Miller's injury has yet to be revealed, but he should probably be considered questionable at best for Thursday's matchup with New York at this juncture. If Miller's unable to go, Jon Merrill or Brad Hunt will likely draw into the lineup against the Islanders.

Miller tallied two assists in Sunday's 4-3 victory over the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Miller may be bogged down in a 10-game goal drought, but he has racked up five helpers in his previous four appearances. The defender shoulder continue to see plenty of opportunities with the man advantage, where he has recorded nine of his 17 points this season while averaging 2:55 of ice time.

Miller set up three goals (one on the power play) in Sunday's 6-3 road win over the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
The fourth-year defenseman delivered all of those helpers in succession, with the Golden Knights ringing up three straight tallies after Max Pacioretty bounced the puck off Matt Benning's skate for the go-ahead goal early in the second period. Miller took a hard slap shot to the shin in Friday's game against the Blues, but he doubled his season-long point total Sunday and is obviously none the worse for wear.

Miller (shin) returned to Friday night's game against the Blues in the second period after making several trips to the training room due to taking a slap shot to the shin, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Miller is acting the part of a warrior, as he's headed down the tunnel and back several times, seemingly doing everything he can to stay in the game. Granger speculates that the defenseman will receive the day off Saturday for maintenance.

Miller notched a pair of assists Thursday, helping his side to a 5-3 win at Ottawa.
EDGE Analysis
It's the first time Miller has scored since Oct. 28, which was also against the Senators. In fact, you have to go back to Oct. 6 to get a game where Miller scored against someone other than Ottawa. Though he has potential, it's wise to wait to see him score against someone else before trusting him at all.

Miller has two assists through 12 games this season.
EDGE Analysis
Last year, Miller broke out in his first season with the Golden Knights, notching 10 goals and 31 assists. He also notched 17 points on the power play. So far, he hasn't quite lived up to that. Don't give up hope yet, though. He's put 26 shots on net, and his minutes, and power-play time, are both up from last year. It wouldn't be surprising to see the 25-year-old turn things around.

Miller will play in Sunday's game against the Coyotes, Danny Webster of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Miller, 25, broke his nose in last year's playoffs, the injury coming in Game 4 versus Washington. He is healthy and ready for preseason action, hoping to build off an excellent 2017-18 season that saw him post a career-best 41 points.

Miller (nose) signed a four-year contract extension with the Golden Knights on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Miller was a huge part of Vegas' success in its inaugural season, as the ex-Bruin led his blueliner teammates with 41 points (10 goals, 31 assists) in 82 games, not to mention that he dropped five goals and 12 apples on the man advantage. He filed for salary arbitration as a restricted free agent Thursday, but it's clear that GM George McPhee wasn't about to play hardball with one of his most valuable defenders. Miller had plans to seek medical advice after breaking his nose during the Stanley Cup Finals, but we're still waiting for official reports on that situation.

Miller (nose) filed for salary arbitration Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Miller had his best season yet as a pro in 2017-18, setting career highs in goals (10), assists (31) and shots on goal (177) while appearing in all 82 games with the Golden Knights. The 25-year-old blueliner will return as an important part of Vegas' power-play unit next campaign, and should produce enough offense to remain a desirable option in most fantasy formats.
