Dvorak whacked home a rebound on the doorstep to open the scoring 6:40 into the first period and it proved to be the game-winning goal. It was Dvorak's fifth goal of the season and his second game-winner. The 23-year-old is on track for his first 20-goal season after being limited to two goals and 20 games in an injury-shortened 2018-19.

Dvorak scored the overtime wining goal and had three shots while winning nine of 13 faceoffs in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.

It was a fruitful performance from the 23-year-old winger who scored his first two goals in what was an impressive win for the visiting Coyotes. Having missed most of last season recovering from a torn pectoral muscle, Dvorak is fully healthy and should wind up finishing the year somewhere between 40 and 50 points which would represent a new career-high.

Dvorak has gone scoreless while averaging just 13:51 of ice time through the first two games of the campaign.

EDGE Analysis

Dvorak is skating on the Coyotes' second line, but he isn't seeing any time on the man advantage, which is limiting his chances to contribute on the score sheet. However, Arizona's offense has struggled as a whole thus far, potting just one goal through its first two contests, so it's not like Dvorak's struggles are unique from a team standpoint. The 23-year-old forward will hope to get going Thursday against Vegas.

Dvorak picked up an assist in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Golden Knights.

An injury has limited Dvorak to 19 games this season, but he does have seven points in this appearances. He's averaged 14:24 per game in the abbreviated campaign. A second-round pick from 2014, Dvorak will be looking to return to the mid-30s in points in 2019-20.

Dvorak posted a pair of scores, including his first one of the season, in a 4-2 victory against the Kings on Saturday.

The 23-year-old didn't play his first game of the season until Feb. 26 because of a lower-body injury, but he does have two goals and three points in six games. All three of those points have come in the last two contests, and his first goal Saturday was of the power-play variety. Dvorak can obviously contribute to any fantasy club down the stretch.
