Lerg has left the San Jose organization to sign a two-year contract with Rogle BK of the Swedish Hockey League, Swedish newspaper Expressen reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg continued to be an effective AHL player in 2015-16 with the San Jose Barracuda, scoring 51 points in 64 games. However, the former Michigan State Spartan has played just eight games in the NHL (including six this season) at the age of 30, so he has decided to search for greener pastures across the pond.

Lerg was returned to the AHL by the Sharks on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The 29-year-old has already set a career-high in NHL games this season with six. He has yet to record a point though and doing so is going to have to wait now that he's headed down to the American League.

Lerg was recalled from the San Jose Barracuda of the AHL.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg has appeared in three games during the 2015-16 NHL season and is yet to score a point. His recall provides forward depth for San Jose, but between the uncertainty of whether or not he'll be inserted into the lineup and the fact that he registered just one shot on goal in his three prior appearances, Lerg is not a viable fantasy option.

Lerg was reassigned to AHL San Jose on Monday, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg was recalled to the parent club Thursday for the second time this season, but he'll once again make the trip back to the minors. The 29-year-old figures to be in line for another promotion if the team is in need of forward depth at any point.

Lerg was recalled from AHL San Jose on Thursday in the wake of an injury to Joonas Donskoi, who may not play due to a lower-body injury, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg has four points in just as many games for the Baby Sharks this season. He figures to be up with the parent club until it is determined that Donskoi is back to full strength.

After just a single game up with the Sharks, Lerg has been reassigned to AHL San Jose.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg was grabbing just his third NHL game on Monday, in which he had no points and five hits.

In just his third NHL game, Lerg led the Sharks with five hits during a 4-0 loss to the Rangers on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
At 30, Lerg is an unlikely player to be grabbing his third NHL game after Monday's call-up. He's not likely to stick or produce a whole lot and you should probably steer clear of him in fantasy.

Lerg was recalled from AHL San Jose on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg will take the place of Logan Couture on the roster following Couture's fractured fibula. The 29-year-old has two goals in two games with AHL San Jose, and he's expected to center the Sharks' fourth line Monday.

Lerg was placed on waivers Sunday, Sharks beat writer Curtis Pashelka reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lerg played just two games with the Sharks during the 2014-15 season, notching one goal during that span. He spent the majority of his season with AHL Worcester, where he recorded 13 goals and 28 assists over 68 games. As long as Lerg clears waivers, he'll head to AHL San Jose until further notice from the big league.

Lerg re-signed with the Sharks on Tuesday to a one-year, two-way contract, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports. The 29-year-old Lerg had an impressive NHL debut with the Sharks in April, scoring a game-winning goal on a team-high eight shots against the Oilers, but he isn't expected to parlay that performance into a meaningful role during the upcoming season. Instead, he's likely to open with AHL Worcester, where he registered 13 goals and 41 points across 68 games in 2013-14.
