Point delivered a two-assist night Saturday in a 4-3 victory over Nashville.
EDGE Analysis
Point has points in five of six of the Bolts' games and saw close to eight minutes on the power play Saturday, a place where one of those apples came. He has seven points (two goals, five assists) and the only thing keeping him off the top scorer's list is the small number of games the Bolts have played. The best is yet to come.

Point scored the game-winning goal in overtime Thursday in a 3-2 victory over the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
Point has four points (two goals, two assists) in three games and points in every game. His production dropped last year, but it seems as though he's back into 2018-19 form. That's fantastic news for the Bolts and for anyone who drafted Point.

Point recorded an assist, five shots on goal and two PIM in Friday's 5-2 win over the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
Point collected the secondary helper on Steven Stamkos' insurance tally late in the third period. The assist gives Point a goal and two helpers through the first two games of the year. The star center has added nine shots and a plus-3 rating, and he's shown no trouble adjusting to Stamkos occupying the right wing that Nikita Kucherov (hip) played on last year.

Point registered a goal, a power-play assist and four shots in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
Point didn't factor into any of Tampa Bay's three first-period goals, but he assisted on Steven Stamkos' second-period power-play snipe and lit the lamp himself in the third. If this performance is any indication, Point should have no problem piling up points as the Lightning's first-line center, even without Nikita Kucherov (hip) by his side.

Point scored a goal on two shots and won 12 of 16 faceoffs (75.0 percent) in a 2-0 win over Dallas on Monday in Game 6.
EDGE Analysis
Point opened the scoring with a first-period power-play goal, following his own shot and knocking home the rebound with 7:37 left in the frame. The goal, Point's league-leading 14th of the playoffs, proved to be the Cup-clinching strike. The 24-year-old finished the series on a five-game point streak, with five goals and three assists during that stretch. Point was the runner-up in voting for the Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP after amassing 33 points in 22 games.

Point scored twice in Friday's 5-4 overtime win over the Stars in Game 4. His second goal came on the power play.
EDGE Analysis
Point erased the Lightning's early two-goal deficit with a pair of his own, giving the star center 13 tallies in 21 playoff appearances. He's reached the 30-point mark in the postseason, while adding 61 shots, a plus-12 rating and six power-play points. Those strong numbers could have him in the running for the Conn Smythe Trophy if the Lightning get the one more win necessary to lift the Stanley Cup.

He added an assist on Ondrej Palat's goal just under seven minutes later to send Tampa Bay into the second intermission with a 5-1 lead. Point scored a power-play goal on his only shot of the game Monday in a 3-2 win over Dallas in Game 2.
EDGE Analysis
Point made his lone shot on goal count, burying a one-timer from the slot to open the scoring midway through the first period. The goal was the first of three in a four-minute stretch for the Lightning. Point was minus-3 and failed to find the scoresheet in Tampa Bay's Game 1 loss, so it was good to see him provide a meaningful response early in Game 2. He now has 10 goals and 26 points in 18 playoff games.

Point (undisclosed) will play in Thursday's Game 6 against the Islanders, Brian Compton of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point will return to the lineup after he was forced to miss Game 5 with an undisclosed issue. Now healthy, the 24-year-old center will slot back into his usual spots on the Lightning's top line and first power-play unit. Point will be a huge addition to the lineup, as he's racked up nine goals and 25 points across 16 playoff contests in the bubble.
