McMann looks good in this deployment, but it does little for his fantasy value. The 29-year-old has four points, including three assists, in his last two games, and six goals and six assists in 26 games overall.

The points snapped a six-game drought for McMann. His fantasy value is limited on the third line, and while he can fill in higher in the lineup, he doesn't have the talent to sustain that kind of gig long term. McMann does have 56 hits in 25 games, so there's some fantasy value in his effort.

McMann stole back the puck after he had turned it over to Adrian Kempe in the defensive zone, and he took off on a breakaway. His shot caught a piece of Darcy Kuemper's right pad before it trickled over the goal line to put the Leafs up 1-0 at 8:06 of the first frame. McMann has a goal in each of his last two games, and he has five points, including three goals in his last six contests. It's a nice bump for the winger, who had just three points in his first 12 contests.

McMann has four points over his last five games, though his goal Tuesday was his first power-play point of the campaign. The 29-year-old forward is up to four goals, seven points, 25 shots on net, 46 hits, 15 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 17 appearances. A second-line role seems to be suiting him well, which makes McMann an interesting depth forward for fantasy managers.
