Bishop (knee) will get the starting nod against the Senators on Friday, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop will return to action following a five-game stint on the sidelines due to his knee injury. Prior to getting hurt, the netminder was 2-0-1 in his previous five outings, along with a 2.06 GAA and .932 save percentage. With the Stars clinging to the final Wild Card spot, fantasy owners should expect to see the Denver native shoulder the bulk of the load the rest of the way.

Bishop (knee) took the ice prior to Monday's practice but is unlikely to play Tuesday in Montreal, Mike Heika of The Dallas Morning News reports.
EDGE Analysis
According to the report, bench boss Ken Hitchcock would like Bishop to take part in Tuesday's morning skate, but even if he does, the big netminder is unlikely to see game action until he's able to participate in a full practice. If Hitchcock holds to this plan, then the most likely date for Bishop's return would be Friday in Ottawa, seeing as the Stars won't have a full practice until Thursday. That said, Hitchcock could offer an additional update following Tuesday's morning skate if he believes that the University of Maine product has made unexpected progress.

Bishop will travel with the team for its upcoming six-game road trip, Mark Stepneski of the Stars' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop is not expected to resume skating until early next week, which effectively rules him out for the Stars' next two contests. Coach Ken Hitchcock told reporters the netminder's injury appears to be a short-term issue, but without any clear indication of when he will be ready, fantasy owners may want to look for a more permanent stop gap in Bishop's absence.

Bishop (lower body) is expected to miss at least the next two games, Mark Stepneski of the Stars' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop exited Monday's game against the Senators with a lower-body injury and now will be aiming for a return Sunday in Pittsburgh, at the earliest. During his absence, Kari Lehtonen will be the primary option in net, although the Stars will likely call up another option for additional depth.

Bishop didn't come out of the tunnel for the second period of Monday's game against Ottawa, and is dealing with a lower-body injury.
EDGE Analysis
Unfortunately for Bishop, the injury appeared to be sustained from a collision with his own teammate Dan Hamuis, who lost his balance in a net-front battle with Jean-Gabriel Pageau, and fell onto Bishop's left side which sent the goaltender tumbling to the ice. After the incident, Bishop met with the trainers and decided to play on, but must have been dealing with to much discomfort and is questionable to return. If the injury continues to nag the 31-year-old, Kari Lehtonen figures to receive Tuesday's start against Nashville.

Bishop will control the crease for Monday's showdown with Ottawa, Mark Stepneski of the Stars' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop has been very hit-or-miss in his last several starts. In his last start, the 31-year-old got the victory over the Blues while saving 35-of-37 shots. Bishop also stopped all 38 shots in a shutout victory over Calgary on Feb. 27. However in three of his last seven starts, he's allowed four or more goals. He's still worth starting, especially because the Senators aren't a terrible matchup.

Bishop made 35 saves in a 3-2 victory over the Blues on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
That was just what the doctor ordered after allowing five goals his last outing. Bishop has won just two games in his last five starts. although he is 2-2-1 in that span. He is generally reliable in fantasy, but he needs to elevate his game as the Stars continue to fight for a playoff spot.

Bishop will be in goal against the Blues on Saturday, Mark Stepneski of the Stars' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop has been struggling lately, as he is 1-2-1 in his previous five outings, along with a disappointing 3.22 GAA. The Denver native may face off with a depleted Blues squad that no longer features Paul Stastny and could be without Nikita Soshnikov (illness), Chris Thorburn (illness) or Vladimir Sobotka (personal).

Bishop saved just 20 of 25 shots during Thursday's 5-4 overtime loss to Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
After shutting out the Flames in his previous start, this was a disappointing follow up from the American. Still, Bishop's posted a solid 25-17-4 record, .915 save percentage, 2.53 GAA and five shutouts for the campaign, which positions him as a reliable option for most matchups. Additionally, with goal support rarely a problem, he projects to continue checking the win column frequently.

Bishop will be between the pipes for Thursday's contest with Tampa Bay, Mark Stepneski of the Stars' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The big netminder will face one of his former teams Thursday after turning in a 38-save shoutout in his last start. It hasn't all been smooth sailing for Bishop in recent times, though, as he's 2-3-0 with a 2.93 GAA and .896 save percentage in his last six games, including two outings that he allowed four goals. While Tampa Bay scores more goals than any other team and owns the NHL's best record, they could have tired legs when they travel to Dallas on Thursday after playing against the Sabres on Wednesday.
