Grenier was recalled from AHL Utica on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Grenier is Utica's points leader at 14 (six goals, eight assists) so he could pack an offensive punch in his next NHL game. The Canucks have several forwards dealing with injuries, so he could be on the ice as soon as Friday night against the Stars.

Grenier was assigned to Vancouver's AHL affiliate Utica on Sunday, TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
After only playing six games in the NHL last season, and not earning a point, Grenier seemed like a limited fantasy prospect this season. By starting the season in the minors, it seems like his fantasy value is even lower than before.

Grenier finalized a one-year, two-way contract extension with the Canucks on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Grenier is still searching for the first NHL point after appearing in a mere six contests last season. The 24-year-old has been significantly more productive in the minors where he registered 16 goals and 32 helpers in 69 outings. It is unlikely the winger will make a huge jump in ice time this upcoming season, so fantasy owners can mostly ignore his contract extension.

Grenier was reassigned to AHL Utica on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
With Derek Dorsett (undisclosed) now healthy and back in the lineup Friday against the Blues, the Canucks are no longer in need of Grenier's services as a depth forward. The 24-year-old winger registered five shots on goal and four hits in five games during his brief stint with the big club.

Grenier was summoned by the Canucks on Monday and will draw into the evening's lineup against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Grenier made his NHL debut with the Canucks earlier in the campaign, and he put four shots on goal in his one opportunity with the parent organization. It's possible he will slot into a top-six role temporarily with the news that Alex Burrows (undisclosed) will miss Monday's contest, but he probably won't see enough ice time to be worth consideration in season-long formats. However, he could be a sneaky play in daily formats if available for use.

Grenier was reassigned to AHL Utica on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Grenier was recalled Monday so that he would be available for Wednesday's matchup with Carolina if Brandon Prust (leg) was unable to play. Prust is now fully expected to suit up for Wednesday's tilt against the Hurricanes, so the Canucks are no longer in need of Grenier as a source of insurance. The 24-year-old winger has played in one game with Vancouver this season, logging four shots on goal in that contest.

Grenier was recalled from AHL Utica on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
This will be Grenier's second NHL recall, and it comes on the heels of Brandon Prust's lower-body injury. Grenier is a big-bodied winger who will likely slot into a bottom-six role if Prust is unable to go on Monday.

Grenier was assigned to AHL Utica following Wednesday's game, Canucks play-by-play announcer Jon Abbott reports.
EDGE Analysis
Grenier made his NHL debut Wednesday, but his first stint was brief, as was removed from the roster to open a spot for the impending return of Brandon Prust. Grenier figures to return to Vancouver at some point later this season.

Grenier will make his NHL debut against the Jets, The Province reports.
EDGE Analysis
Grenier was recalled Wednesday, and with Radim Vrbata ruled out for the contest, he's expected to slot right into the lineup on the second line alongside Chris Higgins and Jared McCann. The 24-year-old has tallied seven points through 13 games with AHL Utica so far, and will look to have a quick start with the Canucks and notch his first career NHL point Wednesday against a Jets club allowing the fourth-most (3.21) goals per game this season.

Grenier was called up from AHL Utica on Wednesday, Brad Ziemer of the Vancouver Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
In 13 games in the AHL, Grenier has two goals and seven points with 14 penalty minutes and a minus-3 rating. The 2011 third-round pick has been a strong point producer in the AHL and had a tremendous AHL playoffs last season, scoring 15 points in 23 games. He replaces Hunter Shinkaruk, who was sent back down to the AHL to keep him playing regular minutes.
