Killorn collected an assist in Tuesday's series-clinching win over the Habs, giving him five points over the six-game stretch.
The "Triplets" line of Ondrej Palat, Tyler Johnson, and Nikita Kucherov caused nightmares for the Canadiens all series long, but Killorn's contributions next to Steven Stamkos on the top line shouldn't be overlooked. Killorn now has three goals and six assists over 13 postseason contests, making him a valuable supplemental scorer on a squad rich in high-end forward talent.

Killorn chipped in with two power-play assists in Sunday's Game 2 win over the Canadiens.
Killorn ended the regular season cold as he failed to get on the scoresheet in the final five games, but he's been able to turn the page since the start of the playoffs as he's now registered six points in nine games this postseason. The most encouraging news, however, may be that linemate Steven Stamkos broke out for three points in the win, so Killorn should benefit from his captain waking up out of his slump.

Killorn netted a goal on a team-high seven shot attempts in Monday's Game 6 victory over the Red Wings.
After the Bolts raced to an early 3-0 lead, the Red Wings responded with two Tomas Tatar goals before Killorn closed the door on their comeback bid. It's just the third point of the postseason for Killorn, whose production often crests and wanes with Steven Stamkos, his usual linemate. With Stamkos struggling through the first six games, it may be difficult to count on Killorn building on his Game 6 performance.

Killorn (undisclosed) will play in Thursday's playoff opener against the Red Wings, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
With Killorn -- who last played on April 2 -- back in the mix, Erik Erlandsson of The Tampa Tribune suggests that Jonathan Drouin could be the odd man out up front for the Lightning on Thursday. With Killorn a candidate to see top line and second power-play unit work in Game 1, the forward could end up being a solid value in playoff formats.

Killorn (undisclosed) is expected to return to the lineup for Thursday's playoff opener against the Red Wings, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Killorn has been practicing with full contact since Monday and appears ready to reclaim a spot in the Bolts' lineup after missing the final three regular-season contests. He was used on the Bolts' top line and second power-play unit at Wednesday's practice, which should make him a useful, yet inexpensive option in daily leagues during the playoffs.

Killorn (undisclosed) shed his no-contract jersey for Monday's practice, Matt Baker of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The Lightning suggested last week that they were planning on having Killorn available for the first game of their first-round playoff series, and that plans still seems to hold true for the moment. Killorn skated alongside Steven Stamkos and Ryan Callahan on the Bolts' top line at Monday's practice, and with another positive session Tuesday, he should receive clearance to play Thursday against the Red Wings.

Coach Jon Cooper said Thursday that Killorn (undisclosed) is being considered probable for Game 1 of the Lightning's first-round playoff series, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The Lightning appear to have ruled out a regular-season return for Killorn, but his presence on the ice at Thursday's optional practice suggests he's probably not too far away from playing again. He was limited to no-contact drills during Thursday's session, but could increase his involvement in practice within the next couple of days.

Coach Jon Cooper suggested Tuesday that Killorn (undisclosed) is unlikely to return for the Lightning's remaining two games of the regular season. "I don't think it's anything that's going to keep him out of the first round," Cooper said. "But another week and a half and I'm hopeful he'll be back."
Killorn wasn't a participant in Tuesday's practice and hasn't skated since suffering the injury during last Thursday's game against the Senators. While the Lightning would ideally like Killorn to log another regular-season appearance before throwing him back into the lineup during the playoffs, avoiding a potential aggravation of the injury is the team's primary objective.

Killorn has an undisclosed injury and will not play Saturday against the Panthers, Erik Erlandsson of the Tampa Tribune reports.
Killorn hasn't logged a point since March 24, so owners may have had trepidation in using him anyway, but for now he's listed as day-to-day. It looks like the Lightning will get Tyler Johnson back for the forward ranks, however.

Killorn scored the game-winning goal Friday against the Red Wings.
It was the fifth game-winning goal of the season for Killorn, who is up to 15 goals and 37 points in 64 games. Skating on the top line with Steven Stamkos, Killorn has been producing steadily of late. While he's only recorded three multi-point games all season, Killorn has recorded at least one point in six of his last nine games, so if you're looking for a solid point producer in deeper leagues, he could be your man.
