Fuller (suspension) is signing a one-year contract with the Dolphins, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller finally managed to put together a healthy season in 2020, but he was forced to miss his final five games with the Texans due to a six-game PED suspension, so he won't be eligible to debut for the Dolphins until Week 2. The soon-to-be 27-year-old will bring a much needed big-play factor to Miami's receiving corps once he's available, slotting in as the passing game's premier deep threat while DeVante Parker and Preston Williams (foot) operate as contested catch specialists. Fuller is certainly betting on himself by taking a one-year 'prove-it' deal, but if he can stay healthy and open things up for Tua Tagovailoa downfield, he'll position himself well for a lucrative multi-year contract come 2022.

The Texans don't plan to give Fuller a franchise tag, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
The window to use the tag started Tuesday and ends March 9. Fuller is Houston's only realistic candidate, but the team may think the $16.54 million tender is an overpay for a guy averaging 5.4 missed games per season. Although he finally stayed healthy in 2020, the 26-year-old wideout missed the final five games after the NFL handed him a six-game PED suspension. He'll be eligible to return for Week 2 in 2021, be it with Houston or a different team.

The Texans have expressed interest in retaining Fuller (suspension), who is a pending unrestricted free agent this coming offseason, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller seemingly answered questions about his durability in 2020, a season that was turning as the best of his career until a six-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy. Fuller recorded a career-high 53 receptions and eight touchdowns over 11 games while avoiding injured reserve for the first time in five seasons. It's unknown how the punishment may affect the market value for one of the NFL's most dangerous deep threats. The Texans could retain Fuller by designating him as their franchise player, but any decision on the wide receiver will be delayed until the franchise hires a new general manager and head coach.

Fuller relayed Monday that he's been suspended six games for violating the NFL's performance enhancing substances policy, Aaron Reiss of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
That rules Fuller out for the rest of the Texans' 2020 slate, which leaves Brandin Cooks, Keke Coutee and Isaiah Coulter as the team's remaining available wideouts. Look for the team to add depth at the position in short order. Fuller -- who's in the last year of his contract with Houston -- thus finishes the campaign with 53 catches (on 75 targets) for 879 yards and eight TDs in 11 games.

Fuller caught six of seven targets for 171 yards and two touchdowns in Thursday's 41-25 win over the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
The speedster was Deshaun Watson's favorite target on the afternoon, but Fuller was on pace for a merely solid performance until he hauled in TD strikes of 40 and 34 yards within about two minutes of each other early in the fourth quarter as the Texans put the game away. The fifth-year wideout has finally stayed healthy and has already established new career highs in catches (53), yards (879) and touchdowns (eight) this season with five games remaining on the schedule.

Fuller caught six of eight targets for 80 yards in Sunday's 27-20 win over New England.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller was kept out of the end zone for a second consecutive game following a six-game touchdown streak, but he bounced back over the 80-yard mark for the fifth time this season. The oft-injured receiver is finally putting together a healthy campaign, and Fuller has already set a career high with 708 receiving yards heading into an appetizing Thanksgiving Day trip to Detroit.

Fuller caught five of eight targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 10-7 loss to Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller was the only member of the Houston aerial attack to get anything going early on, accounting for 30 of Deshaun Watson's 39 passing yards in the first quarter. The speedy wide receiver was a non-factor after that point, and while the quarterback didn't get much going either, Watson at least managed to make things competitive with a 16-yard touchdown pass to Pharaoh Brown in the fourth quarter. Fuller saw his six-game touchdown streak come to an end while playing through inclement weather, but he'll look to start a new one at home against the Patriots in Week 11.

Fuller brought in all five targets for 100 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Jaguars.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller was held quiet for the majority of the game, but broke free behind the Jaguars' secondary for a 77-yard touchdown midway through the third quarter. His other four receptions each went for seven yards or less, and he was also heavily out-targeted by Brandin Cooks. Nevertheless, Fuller has now scored in six consecutive games and has either surpassed 100 yards or found the end zone in all but one contest on the campaign. He'll look to keep things going in Week 10 against Cleveland.

The Texans and Packers had extensive trade talks about Fuller but could not agree on draft compensation, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Houston sought a second-round draft pick, but Green Bay declined, instead offering a middle-round pick and insisting the Texans pay a portion of Fuller's salary. The Texans were unlikely to unload Fuller for anything less than a third-round draft pick, because that is what they will net if the wide receiver leaves in free agency after the season. Ideally, the Texans would have a healthy and durable Fuller remain in Houston to be quarterback Deshaun Watson's top downfield option.

Fuller caught three of six targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-20 loss to the Packers.
EDGE Analysis
Fuller extended his touchdown streak to five consecutive games when he caught the Texans' final score with under two minutes remaining. That salvaged a low-wattage effort in which he had his fewest receptions and yards during a game this season not impacted by injury. Following Houston's bye, Fuller will look to extend his scoring run in Week 9 on the road against Jacksonville.
