Coach Brian Flores said Monday that he's unsure whether Fuller (finger) will be designated to return from IR in Week 12, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Flores also said he's uncertain whether DeVante Parker (shoulder) will be designated to resume practicing, meaning both starting wideouts could end up missing another game.
