Sat 2/1/14 6:38 PM

Former Seahawks LT Walter Jones was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday. Widely considered one of the greatest left tackles in league history, Jones was inducted on his first year of eligibility. A nine-time Pro Bowler, he spent his entire career with the Seahawks, where he reportedly allowed just 23 sacks over his 13 seasons. Jones joins Michael Strahan, Derrick Brooks, and Andre Reed as confirmed members of the 2014 Hall of Fame class.

Former Seahawks LT Walter Jones is among the 15 finalists for the 2014 Hall-of-Fame class. One of the greatest left tackles in league history, this is Jones' first year of eligibility. There's a high probability he'll get the call to Canton when the results are announced February 1. Also eligible for enshrinement are Marvin Harrison, Tim Brown, Andre Reed, Jerome Bettis, Tony Dungy, Morten Andersen, Derrick Brooks, Eddie DeBartolo, Kevin Greene, Charles Haley, John Lynch, Will Shields, Michael Strahan and Aeneas Williams.
