Patriots waived S Vincent Fuller and promoted DE Alex Silvestro and DB Sterling Moore from their practice squad. Moore has the versatility New England values with the ability to play both corner and safety. Silvestro is an undrafted rookie. Fuller was signed just a few days ago. He must have not looked very good in the practice field.

Lions signed S Vincent Fuller, formerly of the Titans. Fuller is listed as a safety, but he's always been a slot corner and special teamer. The 29-year-old has a background with Jim Schwartz from their time together in Nashville. He'll push for snaps behind Eric Wright and Chris Houston.
