Mason tallied two carries for eight yards in a 24-10 loss to Green Bay on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Mason was in for only five plays on Sunday, and is rapidly becoming an afterthought in the Rams' attack. He has four carries for seven yards in the last two contests, and his fantasy relevance is pretty much nil with Todd Gurley healthy and producing.

Mason carried the ball just two times for negative one yard in Sunday's 24-22 upset win at Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
Mason wasn't involved at all, while rookie RB Todd Gurley busted out with a career-high 146 yards on 19 carries. Unless Gurley's surgically repaired knee breaks down later on this season, it doesn't appear as though Mason is going to have a lot of fantasy relevance.

Mason rushed a team-high nine times for 16 yards and caught his only target for 15 receiving yards Sunday against the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Mason got the start despite rookie Todd Gurley (knee) making his NFL debut but neither back was effective Sunday trying to find holes that never materialized thanks to a struggling offensive line. Gurley had six carries but turned them into only nine yards, while Benny Cunningham rushed once for 12 yards. Mason is likely to keep losing touches to Gurley as the season moves on, though Gurley didn't do anything Sunday to warrant a significant workload in Week 4 against the Cardinals.

Mason (hamstring) had rushed seven times for 26 yards and had two catches on five targets for four receiving yards Sunday against Washington.
EDGE Analysis
Mason missed the regular-season opener because of a hamstring injury, and while he got the start Sunday ahead of Benny Cunningham, neither player was able to make much of an impact. The Rams rushed the ball just 13 times, five times by from either wide receiver Tavon Austin (four carries for 40 yards) or quarterback Nick Foles (one carry for one yard). With rookie running back Todd Gurley expected to make his NFL debut in Week 3 after recovering from a torn ACL suffered last November, Mason's limited window to prove he deserves lots of touches may already be closed.

Mason (hamstring) is active Sunday against Washington.
EDGE Analysis
Mason missed the regular-season opener because of the hamstring injury, but he's back for Week 2 and will get the start ahead of Benny Cunningham, who started in Week 1. Rookie Todd Gurley (knee) is inactive after being considered a game-time decision, and it appears possible that Gurley could return in Week 3 if he's able to practice fully next week. Mason is likely to get plenty of early-down work, though Cunningham is the superior pass catcher and should get looks on third down.

Mason (hamstring) is expected to play Sunday at Washington, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rams' choice to start at running back still includes some intrigue, as rookie Todd Gurley reaches the finals stages of his recovery from a torn ACL. In all likelihood, Mason will get the nod, with Benny Cunningham filling a pass-catching role that he's performed so well in his career to date. Gurley's presence, though, would place a hurdle in the path to relevance for both Mason and Cunningham, meaning owners may want to take a wait-and-see approach until the situation receives clarification.

Mason (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Redskins, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Todd Gurley (knee) is also listed as questionable, with Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com guessing that Mason will play and the rookie will not. Both running backs were full participants throughout the week of practice, which almost always leads to active status, with the exception of players such as Gurley who are recovering from long-term injuries. If neither Mason nor Gurley is available, Benny Cunningham will likely make another start.

Mason (hamstring) would have been a full participant, if the Rams held practice Thursday, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason's injury designation is merely an estimate, but he seems to be on pace for active status Sunday in Washington with back-to-back full practices behind him. Meanwhile, Todd Gurley (knee) practiced fully as well, which could provide a road block to a significant workload in Week 2. Nevertheless, the situation could clear up upon the release of Friday's injury report.

Mason (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason appeared in practice for the first time this season, and a complete showing forecasts his return Sunday at Washington. While he would typically be expected to take over the No. 1 running back gig due to Todd Gurley's recovery from a torn ACL, Gurley himself logged a full complement of practice reps Wednesday, thereby throwing a wrench in those plans. If Gurley is deemed active in Week 2, he could earn the start in his NFL debut.

Mason (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's contest versus the Seahawks, NFL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mason's ailing hamstring is too much to overcome, thereby allowing Benny Cunningham the nod in the backfield. The upcoming week of preparation will be key for Mason handling the bulk of the RB reps before Todd Gurley (knee) is ultimately cleared for his NFL debut.
