Fulgham was waived by the Lions on Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 2019 sixth-round pick played in just three games in his rookie season, failing to record a catch off three career targets. The Lions invested in a bevvy of castaways and veterans at wide receiver --which made Fulgham expendable -- but it's possible the Old Dominion product could catch on with another team, even if it's on the practice squad.

Fulgham was targeted once but did not record a catch during Sunday's 23-20 loss to Green Bay.
EDGE Analysis
This December brought Fulgham his first chances of recording his first career reception, but the Old Dominion product wasn't able to bring down any of the three targets he saw over the final three games of the season -- the only games in which the sixth-round rookie was active in 2019. However, the 63 total offensive snaps he saw over this same period is much better than nothing. Fulgham will now look to build off this modest amount of experience during his first full offseason in a professional training program.

Fulgham was targeted twice during Sunday's 27-17 loss to Denver.
EDGE Analysis
In his second career regular-season game, Fulgham saw two passes come his way but was unable to bring in either of them. On the bright side, the rookie at least saw two more targets than he did in his pro debut last week. Fulgham will have one last chance to make his first career reception in Sunday's season finale against an inconsistent Packers secondary.

Fulgham logged four offensive snaps but was not targeted with a pass during Sunday's 38-17 loss to the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Fulgham was promoted from the practice squad late last week in the wake of Marvin Jones' (ankle) placement on injured reserve. However, it was Chris Lacy (42 offensive snaps) who unsurprisingly operated as the clear third option at wideout after Kenny Golladay (60) and Danny Amendola (55). Instead, Fulgham logged the majority of his snaps on special teams, where most of his playing time will likely continue to come from as long as Golladay, Amendola and Lacy remain healthy.

The Lions signed Fulgham to the active roster from the practice squad Thursday, Justin Rogers of The Detroit News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fulgham's chance on the 53-man roster comes following the placement of Da'Shawn Hand (ankle) on injured reserve. The rookie sixth-round pick previously spent time with the Lions in September, but he was never active for a game. He'll serve as the team's No. 4 receiver behind Kenny Golladay, Danny Amendola and Chris Lacy during Sunday's tilt against the Buccaneers.

The Lions waived Fulgham on Thursday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fulgham was never active for a game in Detroit this season, and he'll now search for a depth role elsewhere in the league. The rookie sixth-round pick could offer upside on special teams.

Fulgham (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's tilt against the Eagles, Chris Burke of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fulgham has yet to be active for a game this season. As long as Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, Danny Amendola and Marvin Hall all remain healthy, Fulgham simply may not factor into the Lions' plans on offense.

Fulgham was not active for the Lions' Week 2 game against the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Fulgham is the No. 5 wide receiver on the Lions' 53-man roster, but he hasn't been active for either of the first two games of the 2019 season.

Fulgham secured a spot on the Lions' initial 53-man roster, Michael Rothstein of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Detroit snagged Fulgham in the sixth round of this year's draft after a 2018 season in which he registered 63 receptions for 1,083 yards and nine scores at Old Dominion. One impressive preseason later, and Fulgham has made an NFL roster. While he's probably not anything more than the No. 5 option behind Chris Lacy and the team's three starters, the Lions clearly believe in his potential and it's not impossible for him to see playing time on offense at some point this year.

Fulgham secured all three of his targets for 80 yards during Thursday's preseason finale against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
After fumbling on the final drive of last week's game, Fulgham bounced back in a big way and ultimately led all players in scrimmage yards. He made a few bigs plays along the way, including a 52-yard catch-and-run at one point. Considering the Lions also invested a draft pick in the sixth-round rookie, it seems likely that Fulgham has played his way onto the final roster.
