Titans signed S Tracy Wilson off the practice squad and released OL Kyle DeVan. Tennessee waived Wilson and signed DeVan on Tuesday. DeVan was likely signed just as a precaution due to the five offensive linemen on the Week 9 injury report. RG Leroy Harris (knee) is out, and RT David Stewart (knee) is questionable.
